Location was not very convenient to me. Very small gym and machines are broken

The staff was very helpful. Great location, good breakfast.

They no longer offer an airport shuttle.

The ac unit in the room is a bit too loud. The breakfast buffet is good but it should have more options.

Conveniently located to our conference destination.

Phone in our room didn't have a dial tone, but it was fixed within a few hours.

The front desk staff  was a great assistant to my family. Unfortunately the supervisor staff who was on staff and took control of the situation was very unprofessional, very aggressive, and completely incompetent. Supervisor is her name.

Yes ,  ( supervisor) confirmed that my family had paid in full prior to checking in, and a week later they were charged the full stay again. Which cause my family funds to be frozen for possible fraud activity. The worst experience ever!

The hotel location near MIA and very near restaurants is great. Cleanliness was great and staff was very courteous and accommodating.

Don¿t let the Airport in the hotel name let you think there is an airport shuttle as there is no shuttle. Uber transfer to and from airport.

The staff was atentive.

Only one elevator working, and the hotel was full of people. The air conditioning was loud and did not work well. The door lock did not open as expected from the interior. Poor TV Channels.

Very cozy stay away from home. Clean room, great location, Very pleasant staffing at desk check in and on floors. Had problem with tv channel blinking in & out. Maintenance addressed immediately & gave solution to correct it. Breakfast is always a plus.

Room was spacious. Hotel is convenient located near airport.

Room 104 bathroom door has a broken hinge and therefore could not close properly, hotel staff could have easily notice this and it would have been an quick fix. Although breakfast is included in price, I wasn¿t impressed with the options.

Location was great! Good distance from Airport. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

Tv was a bit outdated and there seem to be some type of signal issue which result in poor picture quality so I wasn¿t able to watch any movies and unable to stream since it was not a smart tv

The rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Hot items were available like French toast & waffles.The location was perfect for our plans in Miami. The guy at the front desk was very helpful. He gave our group recommendations for restaurants & entertainment.

The room was very clean and quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable!

My only complaint was the toilet inside had OBVIOUSLY NOT been cleaned. (There were feces stains). The entrance was difficult to find and could be improved by lit entrance signage.

This hotel is not updated and they should not be charging over $50 a night to book this hotel. The towels had hair on them and stains on the sheets. I will never stay at this location again.

The service was spectacular. We greeted when we pulled up and provided with excellent service. The staff took our bags and delivered to our room while we returned our rental car. Check in was easy and the staff was very helpful.

The tile floors by the sink area. They pressure washed the carpet. They had the sink outside of the bathroom.

Toilet and door ratio was tight. Rust on the shower handle bar. The carpet. Smell of smoke coming from the vent.

Manager was very rude both days I was there, very surprised that the staff was friendly and the manager was very rude both days I was there.

The staff were amazing!! Everyone we came in contact with was very nice and helpful! Beds were pretty comfy. Lots of parking, pet friendly. Pool looked nice but were unable to even enter the area.

Our room wasn't clean. There was hair everywhere, even on the towels and it just didn't feel clean. I would expect a little more because it's Hyatt and because of covid. The fridge didn't work. Our bathroom was TINY! Elevator felt like a death trap.
