The location is the ONLY thing that is good about this place.
I don't even know where to begin.....The shower handle downstairs (we had the suite for 8 people) was broken, there was no hot water. The matrass of the sofa bed was SOOO filthy and didn't even have bed sheets to cover it. Bedbugs, filthy towels and when you go to exchange them, you will have to come back at 4oclock because they didn't have any. The bathtub was also filthy with mold. None of our complaints has been answered, we were just ignored. Even if you are on a tight budget vacation, do yourself a favor and spend time to find a better place or spend a couple of bucks more and go somewhere else.

The location was excellent and clean, I was a solo traveler but it is a comfortable place for a family traveling to Miami. The money that I paid offers exceptional value and experience.

Room size and bed was comfortable
Room wasn't clean, a lot of hair in the carpet ,and hair in shower too
