    Pros +

    • I did not like anything about this hotel except for the fact that I had a bed to sleep in after widespread flight cancelations and no room availability in Miami.
    • The location was great. We enjoyed walking to everything we needed. Staff was excellent and room was clean and very comfortable.
    • Overall cleanliness and location within the area

    Cons -

    • This hotel was wildly overrated and not at all the star level or worthy of the positive reviews. My room was filthy. I arrived from a canceled flight with no bag and when I asked the staff for a toothbrush, they gave me one... without toothpaste.
    • We evacuated from west coast of FL due to Milton. Called hotel prior to leaving on the 9th in regards to taking pet with us. Was advised that pets were not allowed by whomever i spoke to. Upon arrival found at least 5 other evacuees WITH PETS.
    • If you consider a European toilet 2 stars, than this is a 4 star hotel. It was a poorly renovated small apartment, most light switches didn¿t work¿ at best a 2 1/2 star hotel.

    Accommodations were excellent.

Room not cleaned for 2 night stay. Had to go find towels and cloths. Mood one card for room and elevator. 2 cards are cumbersome. Need vending machines. $5.00 for a soda from restaurant is not acceptable. Had a great time at the hotel.

The view from the 11th floor room was nice for the time we were able to enjoy it. The excessive noise from the air conditioner unit made it impossible to enjoy our stay. Staff set us up in a lesser quality room which doubled as a maintenance storage area.

The excessive noise of a failing and malfunctioning air conditioning unit was extremely irritating and made it impossible to sleep. Found it peculiar that no maintenance personnel were on site to respond. No manager was onsite to air our concerns.

Great location, nice staff.great price and functional

TV was not working, older conversion of condos it seems, parking was very expensive $24 a night.

The beds were terrible. Mattress hard and noisy. Sofa bed mattress was paper thin.

    Pretty swanky place.

Not a fan of the "only valet," option but hey, parking sucks, I get it.

We have stayed at the Mutiny plenty of times over the years. Last time (before this stay) was around 7 years ago. Some of the rooms back then were looking a little tired. This trip, we were in an ultra modern, clean, bright and airy room. It was perfect. Great views too. The other thing we love about the Mutiny is you step out the back door and you are in the heart of the Grove. The Grove is one of our favourite places in the US. Staff were great and despite it being a holiday weekend, accommodated our late check-out. Well done - looking forward to staying with you again next time we're in Miami.

    Not much to say here!

    Location

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location was excellent—within walking distance to great shops and boating events, which we really enjoyed.Unfortunately, the condition of the property took away from the experience. The lobby had a noticeable damp smell that wasn’t very pleasant. In our room, the bathroom had a strong mold odor, visible mold on the tiles, and peeling paint in the tub. The mattress also seemed very worn, as it dipped noticeably on one side, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. Additionally, some of the furniture showed visible chipping and wear. While the location is a strong highlight, the hotel would greatly benefit from improved maintenance and attention to cleanliness.

Fabulous location - loved our daily walks along the corniche and for coffee and dinners. Great location close to shops, restaurants and to pick up bikes or catch the metro. Room was well kitted out, lovely bathrooms and kitchen. Rooms a great size. Loved the pool area and the jacuzzi (although FAR too many chemicals! and too hot).

We are charged for 2 waters that were put in our room about 10 days after our stay - we thought they were complimentary - a little bit petty for a 10 day stay! There was work going on in the elevator and at the pool outside so lots of noise and a bit of a disruption. Would have been good to have been advised about this. Also just one sofa to site on for 6 people - could have one more sofa in the living area - especially for a 10 day stay.

The views are amazing and the pool is a hidden oasis. Walkable to restaurants and shopping.
