The front desk was nice and helpful. I love how spacious the room was and the beds were very comfortable.

The carpet was badly stained but the room was clean.

Near airport. Bedrooms were in better shape then lobby and eating area.

All chairs and benches in lobby were peeling fake leather or ripped. Making a really poor first impression.

Not clean, rooms had stains on the walls, carpets and sofa. It's very worn out. We had problems with clogged sink and toilets.

The toilet seat was broken off. There was hair all over the bath tub and the bath towels. The male housekeeper walked into my wife getting dressed without knocking, and knocked after he had already opened the door to come in.

Clean and very comfortable nice staff people service.

The room was very clean for me and my family ¿¿. The morning breakfast was great as well.

The chair cushions on the sofa bed could have been pressure washed clean because it had a stain on it.

Location in term of the airport

Bathroom was very dirty there was someone hair on the shower wall. COVID guideline cleaning was not done to common are¿s and door handles No shuttle to the airport

I think the best thing about the hotel is that it is a new building.

I definitely did not like that the workers of that hotel do not control the guests and there is the smell of marijuana in addition to the different scandals in the wee hours of the morning by the guests.

The floor my family and I were on had an extremely strong odor of Marijuana as soon as the elevator door opened and through out the hallway.

Very comfortable hotel. Clean, and up kept. Staff was nice. Best hot breakfast. 10 PM quit time is a nice feature.

I hated I could not stay longer.

Everything was good except no shuttel services,the staff are professional and nice,the breakfast is good and they are really good at maintaining the applications rules during the covid19 .

No everything was good and I would recommend this hotel to everyone , like I said just the shuttel services is shutdown during the epidemic covid19. So the public transportations don't exist

There was a smell of weed at night and we had to switch rooms

The hotel is very clean always had some hand sanitizer everyone was very professional very nice place to stay

Includes breakfast which has a couple of options plus if you pay for other items you get more variety. And Almond beverage was offered not only cow's milk.

It only has a fridge in the room, not a hot plate to warm stuff unless in the lobby there is a microwave.
