Location to restaurants

The room temperature did not stay constant. The breakfast was not open because employe did not shoeup

Free breakfast and parking, convenient location

The room was old and pieces of the shower wall were coming off. The a/c leaked and so did the fridge. I would constantly walk and feel wet floor.

Front entrance looks beautiful. The rooms are worn and in disrepair and not clean. One room had bugs and the other i couldn't even enter, the moth ball odor was so bad.

Close to airport.

Very pricey hotel for a 2.5 start hotel. It seemed clean, but you could see its age. Bathroom sink continuously dripped

Excellent and timely shuttle van service from and to the airport. Drivers were courteous as well as the front desk staff. Breakfast was good and I appreciated the fresh coffee.

I understand there is still a daily housekeeping protocol due to Covid, but I would have liked more room refreshes during my six night stay.

Nothing I would like a full refund

I booked a hotel for the same day but apparently I should have booked for the previous day bc check in is at 3 PM. So I ended up paying 2x. room was ugly you can tell there¿s never been money put into renovations. I got bedbugs want FULL REFUND pls

Staff was super friendly and hospitable. Location is central to Miami. Free breakfast and very comfortable bed.

You can hear some of the planes landing / taking off during the day. No issues during the night time. You also can hear people sometimes talking loudly outside and in the other rooms.

My accommodation was moved to nearby Hilton group Hotels due to oversold rooms, which was okay for me. But complimentary breakfast was not provided in the new hotel, which should have been moved along with my room as Hampton had free BF.This was a hassle.

Hotel is dated and the rooms were dated as well. The bath tub appeared to have been painted and felt gritty on your feet. Breakfast was okay.

The distance to the airport

Tried speaking to the manager in charge and he blatantly lied. He was horrible. Terrible customer service

Location was perfect, staff all helpful, breakfast actually good & all areas clean

Service personnel from front desk,breakfast preparer and most of all shuttle chauffeur are excellent.

Cleanliness and free breakfast

There was this guy at the reception. We got a confirmed double room and when we went to check in he has the audacity to tell us that there was a no double room. He was trying to trick us. When we insisted he gave it to us. Totally unappreciated.

Great location and friendly staff

On average my room was always cleaned late in afternoon

Location felt safe but hotel lacked parking lot cameras.

Breakfast was great. Good parking and well-lit for safety. Beds were comfortable.

Front desk attendant was on the phone during my check-in and each time I saw him after that. I would have preferred a more personal and focused check-in. No headache medicine available - was directed to a service station down the street.

Nice complementary breakfast every morning. The hotel is also right by good Cuban, Asian, and Colombian restaurants only a few steps of walking distance.

The cleaning staffs don't recognize speak English at all.

Very nice, clean, and fashionable accommodations. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Tasty and well provisioned complimentary hot breakfast. Would not hesitate to stay again!
