Aloft by Marriott Miami - Brickell

The hotel is clean and updated. The front desk staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are in courtesy containers. Parking is $30 a day, but you can come and go as you please. Dining is only a few streets over.

The room is slightly smaller than I would like for this price point. Do not bother buying the "city view" facing an apartment & the street. The food at the bar seemed to be freezer burnt food heated up in a microwave. Only valet parking is offered.

The hotel is very dated and the whole 3 nights there the tv did not work had no signal for any channel , we had no working phone in the room , I had to call main hotel number to get to the front desk to let them know the tv had been out all day

The views are amazing & the location was PERFECT. It was close to many convient shopping and grocery stores and the beach.

It would be convient and nice if there was 2 jacuzzis instead of one. And, the pool downstairs should have something blocking or separating the pool from the river/lake to prevent possible accidents.

No towels. No TV. No good service. Rude staff

I am disappointed in having to give this stay a very low rating. I left the cold weather to be in Miami only to have a stay where I could only take cold showers . I tried surprising my girl who flew hours to see me and had to take an ice cold shower.

Came for a FRESHALAMODE accessory pop up shop. Everything was perfect. Front desk girls rocked. Room was surprisingly very clean.

only 25 minutes away walking distance from bayfront park. close to the train station.

there is nothing i disliked maybe because i only stayed for one night. so i can't really answer this question.

Great location, extremely comfortable and clean room. Hotel was less than a ten minute walk to lots of restaurants

Staff was not familiar with the area, we asked for a laundromat and were sent to a dry cleaners. We also asked for next day laundry service, and they never sent it out.

Nothing. Should not be an Aloft. All other Alofts I have stayed at were really nice. This one is a joke and I do not recommend.

Rooms are very small, dark and dreary. Could not wait to leave.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bar in the lobby was nice and the rooms were spacious. Loved the balcony

The room was very dark and the stand up shower leaked out there was no microwave in the room so you have to go to the lobby and no ice machine so you have to go in the lobby for bags of ice the valet parking was 26 a day and it took them forever sometimes

I enjoyed this hotel and the location so much. I stayed for Memorial Day weekend. The staff was amazing and you can tell they genuinely care about the guests! Hotel employee was extremely friendly and recommended places for my friends and i to eat in the area!!

Other than my room only had stand up shower and no tub, everything else was great!

Location, the hotel is very clean and the staff was always attentive. Most negative comments in regards to this hotel come from very picky people. Most people will be satisfied.

Parking!!! $25 a night wished it was a bit more affordable but I guess is Miami. Everything has a hefty price tag.

Scratch on rental car that valet claimed was already there but I'm positive they did it. Good thing the rental company at the airport did not charge me for it.
