The horrible horrible mold and mildew was in the drywall coming out of the vents and seeping through the paint

Location

They count people when you arrive and make you pay $10 pp after 2 ppl. The shuttle charges $24 for airport pickup. And $20 pp for cruise transportation.

The bed was not comfortable at all, and all the noises from the next room could be heard in our room.

The hot water in the shower was trickling and hardly any hot water. It was almost unusable.

Nothing after my extra &145 charge

Charged us $145 extra because my leg got cut and some blood got on the sheets.

The location is close by at the airport.

One of our reserved rooms didn't have a fridge. We tried asking the receptionist to assist with this, but due to the language barrier it went unsolved (she couldn't speak/ understand english).

The place definitely didn't look like the pictures online. The place had ants and checking in took extremely long time.

My neighbors were a little noisy, another thing is the AC in my room 218 was to close to the bed it required a better location

EXCELLENT LOCATION. BIG MARKET IN FRONT OF HOTEL.NEAR BY TO AIRPORT.AMPLE PARKING SPACE.

Location, Restaurants nearby. Al remodeling are exceptional

Why checking in takes so long. It takes forever. What's the reason? Slow computers or underskilled staff? This needs to get improved

My husband and I didn’t originally choose this hotel. When we arrived in Miami, there was a problem with our original reservation, so we searched online and happened to discover the Signature Inn. It’s a simple, no-frills hotel, but the service was exceptional and the price was incredibly affordable.

I wish if they offered breakfast. However, there are several restaurants within walking distance: Wendy's, McDonald's, Dennys, Dunking Dinuts, Pollo Tropical, Chipotle.

They said they were pet friendly I looked in their policy they said they were pet friendly they didn't tell me how many dogs were allowed until I got done paying and said I couldn't bring my dogs because I had 5 they need to specify how many dogs are allowed this is the second time I've had problems with my dogs once I got settled in they told me I had to leave I didn't like that I had to go find me another place too to stay

Staff was great! I like the room and location.

There was a german roach in the bathtub on the 3rd night of my stay.

Only coffee was provided
