Easy to get around. Unit size was great. It was basically an apartment. Beautiful views (partial) of water.

Unit did not have a full-length mirror. Washer/Dryer unit kept making annoying noise. Staff examined but did not fix.

So much space! I lived in places much smaller most of my life.

Real key and fob was stressful because of fees associated if you lose them vs. a regular hotel key.

Great location. Clean rooms with a lot of space. The view from the room was good also. The staff was nice and addressed requests in a timely fashion.

When I called in to get a copy of my receipt after checking out, I was placed in hold for more than 20 minutes. This was excessive. I had to hang up and call back to get a rep on the phone.

Could be cleaner; elevators were slow; rooms were slightly dated.

The overall environment of the hotel, from top to bottom literally. We were greeted at the door, they held our baggage as we just landed early from our flight and to my surprise I was upgraded to Penthouse Suite.

Nope, maybe just a free room service with a hot bar.

How well presented and well greeted and how well maintained the hotel is and loved how I was updated just as a surprise I really love this place and will be staying here every time I'm in Miami !

It's pretty and clean.

I had no Wi-Fi access in my room. Staff did nothing to rectify it despite 3 complaints.

Great place with balcony and kitchen if you wanna cook and save money, the hotel has plates, bowls, cups, forks, spoons & knifes so you won't have to buy even thou they have a restaurant. Great place like a high rise room.

Much bang for the buck. Suites with full kitchens, beautiful pool/poolside and jacuzzi, FULL gym, restaurant and great downtown location.$20 nightly parking. Best staff ever - very welcoming and accomodating.

The bed squeaked, a lot. I think the mattress pad was missing. Still, I slept well and enjoyed my stay very much. Will return!

Excellent location in the Brickell neighborhood with tons of good restaurants within walking distance.Extremely friendly and welcoming staff; very responsive to all of our requests.Spacious suite with in-unit washer & dryer which were convenient especially for longer term stays.

They seemed to be a little short-staffed. The cleaning schedule was unpredictable. We stayed for a week and our room was cleaned at a different time every day - mostly in late afternoon except for one day.Also, this is noted on the website so we knew, but the hotel does not have its private beach and is not within walking distance to the beach. Just FYI.

Its old and the AC machine was inside the suite and extremely loud
