- Great service, Great Location.
- The staff, charm and the uniqueness of this hotel was outstanding. The hotel is located a few blocks from Miracle Mile.
- Staff was great
Cons -
- There were maintenance issues that need addressing, such as, sink needs to be secured to the wall. There is no pool or community area to relax. If your just traveling for business it's the perfect hotel for charm and cost efficiency.
- Rooms are close to street and was woken up by construction, staff comped part of stay which was appreciated
- I called for ice was told it would be sent right up, waited 30 mins then went downstairs to get it myself.
