More cleaning i find hair in the año ropa and bathroom, no have microwave,

The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was immaculate. You can tell they¿re trying to spruce up and make the exterior up to date. Very good experience.

The location on Biscayne and 12 min from Airport

2nd stay Room not as clean. Hair of every race and nationality all over the floor. Bed very uncomforThey should start using cloth mops or swiffers because the regular mops and just bringing hair and other dirt from one room to the next towels not replaced

The rooms were comfortable.

The hotel included breakfast but I didn't like it; it was Just a bagel, a banana, coffee and yogurt. Also the lady in charge told us that it was just one per client, and on Sunday my kids arrived at 9:04am and the lady told that the breakfast was over.

The hotel met my expectations, close to the park and Starbucks. Hotel Employee WAS GREAT.

No Microwave in the room.

The gentleman in the office was very nice and very accommodating. The room was clean although very outdated. Nice to have a safe available. Breakfast was sparse but fine. Almost missed out as they close at 10:00 but the lady was nice and gave it to us.

Places to eat are a bit of a walk and not much to chose from. Price rather high for quality of motel; therefore, would not book it again.

Although it was a motel, It was super clean, it definitely excideded my expectations, it was small but super sparkly clean , floors were tile, free WIFI,free breakfast was super nice, staff was great 👍🏻 and parking was Free. :-):-):-)

The staff was nice. The continental breakfast was okay.

The location did not feel very safe. It was pretty run-down. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The outlets did not work in the bathroom.

Nice place to stay for few days in Miami. The breakfast is small, but for the price of this hotel really ok. Enough space to park, and no long ways to come to all interesting locations in Miami. We would book it always again if we come back to Miami.

The rooms were clean and looked updated. Simple yet everything needed and location was great. Not far from south beach but far enough that we didn't need to deal with traffic issues.

Only negative thing I can say was surroundings. Not very appealing. Motel next door looked like it was abandoned or maybe under renovations but if that doesn't bother you than this is a great small motel to stay at with a decent amount of amenities.

It is close to south beach and the art district

Free breakfast is food you used to get in elementary school. I asked the lady for ice for my orange juice and stated we don't have here. Had my sister go in and ask her speaking Spanish and the lady gave her ice. Kinda weird.

Clean room

A motel, not a three star hotel. Not enough parking. Room stunk like fresh paint but couldn't open windows as there were no screens. All fixtures are cheap and I hurt myself on the sharp metal bed frame several times. Woman at check out was rude.

Distance from the port

The minute I walked into the room knew it had mold because I have a mold allergy, it wasn't just a musty smell I read about on other reviews. Opened the window to air out, but it didn't have a screen & closed at night due to the person sleeping outside.

The room was very modern and clean. The staff was very friendly. The grounds were clean.

No microwave in the room but they had one available to use in the outdoor eating area.

Very clean looked just like the pictures.

Only one person in the office check in was slow. But i could understand why. We were just tired and wanted to get inside the room asap.

The person that worked at the front desk was so very friendly and helpful. The motel was freshly painted and looked newly remodeled and was clean. The parking was very nicely paved with pavers and was lit very well at night. I felt very safe there.

There really wasn't anything.

Nothing except being able to check out and never coming back....

Internet WiFi didn't work bad reception for phone the amenities were horrible what place has a fridge that is unplugged cord in fridge and mold on top of it and was sitting flat on the floor no door for the closet shower would not drain..

Cleanliness and the staff were great. Good walking distance to restaurants and a gas station.

No phone, clock, or lamp in the room was a little odd, but not totally necessary

Nice people and good customer service

only cleaned the room once over 4 days and the breakfast would be a elementary cafeteria to shame.
