Krymwood Flats Wynwood

I loved the artistic style of the airbnb, that goes along with the painted streets of Wynwood. Being so close to the Miami life and walking miles to different stores, restaurants, and clubs; while appreciating the art, was awesome to experience.

There isn¿t anything that we did not love! From the small packed kitchen with the main and necessary utensils, the comforts of the bed, TV, A/C and water heater. Everything was amazing.

Easy, clean and affordable.

Hotel was clean and beautiful, easily accessible my hotel room was close to the entrance and exit i had no problem carrying my luggage. my room had all the amenities and the location is perfect. right by wynwalls and close to all the stores and resturant

Check in was abit challenging.

I stayed at Krymwood Flats for a week, during a conference. I loved that it was wwalking distance from where I needed to be. The room was sufficient for my needs and they were responsive to my request like extra towels and checking on the fridge. The wifi

The shower curtain was placed above the shower step, so water poured out everywhere while I was showering. They responded to my request and fixed it the next day. There's some outdated furniture, but with the affordable price point it was sufficient

The area was amazing!!! Close to food spots and live night life! I loved loved loved this spot

There were patches in the one wall by the air conditioner that needed to be painted to make the room Look cleaner.

Nothing Room smelled and wad at back of the property which was a security issue Requested to change rooms and was denied

Everything....the room was subpar, the room location was horrible and disappointed unable to change rooms or get a refund. This company is just out fomoney. I DO NOT recommend this location or hotel

Absolutely nothing. It was disgusting, there was a cockroach infestation in our room so we booked somewhere else it was not safe staying there.

This hotel was a disappointment. The staff was unresponsive, the hotel room was disgusting, there was a cockroach infestation, after sending pics we were offered a refund which they never followed through with. We left that same day to stay somewhere else

It was dirty. There were plumbing problems. My TV didn¿t have a remote for the first 3 days. The internet was spotty.

Easy check in process, and the staff was easy to reach and attentive. The room was clean and spacious.

The location is good in terms of it being walking distance to Wynwood attractions, however I did not want to open the shades because you're right on the street.

This hotel is in a great location. Near wynwood and bars and resturants.

The room was hard to find there was no room #. The room was filthy the floor had not been swept or mopped. Shower had not been cleaned. There was a layer of dust on all surfaces and the pillows on the bed were brown. I was bit on the face by a bug

Location is excellent

When we tried to check in (self check-in) someone was in the room sleeping. It ends up they had sent us details for 2 rooms (no notice it had changed). With no staff onsite we called the customer service but no one answered. 11pm in a city with no room.

They did not provide extra towels. We stayed in the hotel for 4 days and there room was never cleaned for us every day. The bed was not comfortable at all. We weren’t even provided with a bed comforter. Only white sheet.

There was a gentleman staff member there @ check in, he was awesome.

The room was not very clean at all and very limited parking. Area very busy at night and people would park in the lot.

Location for partying if that is what you are looking for.

I rented this room for my parents who are in town visiting. I feel it's important to note that they are both in their 70s. It is good for young people looking for nothing but a bed to sleep in. Definitely a close spot for the Wynwood party area.

Honestly it was just a cool lil place in a cool neighborhood.

It's like an apartment. It's quiet and private.
