- Yes, room was dirty. Knifes were rusty , not enough towels , we found a dead roach on our first night there.
- I got bed bug bites. And when you call the hotel to complain, they all deny it. But I got pictures all over my body of the bites
- The wash clothes could of been replaced because they had black marks on the from not coming all the way clean in the washer. In the master suite bathroom the cold water does not work on the faucet. Scorching hot water instead.

It was very clean, spacious, had a washer/dryer in the room, a balcony, and the location where there is a pier down from it with plenty of restaurants and retail stores to shop

Dirty towels, carpet was filthy. At check in he didn't give me the parking pass. I had to call after I got in my room. Thankfully I remember or they would have towed my car.
The convenience was outstanding. Miami is difficult in terms of parking. Downtown is particularly bad. The location was in walking distance to almost everything. No car needed. The Metro is right outside the hotel. Awesome!
I can't say there was anything so bad to mention. We were very pleased
Close to the cruise port
We left an item in the room And reached out and have yet to hear back. We are on a cruise so we emailed. No one has gotten back to us
