The hotel was on the newer side.

Waited very long to check in (15 min) while no one else was in front of me in line due to only 1 person at desk, service at the restaurant took way too long and servers were inattentive. Toilet broken. Gym is small. $25 nightly ¿resort¿ fee a ripoff.

The location is very nice. Restaurants and shops available right at your fingertips

Excellent hotel with really helpful staff. Stayed for 1 night before our flight back home and wished we had booked for longer - everyone from the moment you arrive, the people in the restaurant until out check out are really focused on their guests. Will definitely return!

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The property is elegant, modern, and impeccably maintained, with beautiful architecture that really stands out in Coral Gables. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully designed, with extremely comfortable beds and high-quality linens.

Beautiful hotel in a nice area of Miami, staff very professional and helpful. We walked the Miracle Mile but l have to say it was under whelming, lots of empty units and rather dirty area, especially the sidewalk. So we loved the hotel but not sure there was enough around to bring us back to the area.

The hotel is custom built and only three years old. Large rooms and exceptional staff. THE place to stay in Miami.

Great location, lovely pool area, beautiful rooms!

The check-in and check-out staff were rude and unprofessional. It took us 30 minutes to check out, which was completely unacceptable. We were also incorrectly charged an additional USD 60 for breakfast, even though we had already paid for a room with breakfast included. The male staff member who handled our checkout did not offer any apology for the inconvenience.

Great welcome from front desk. If only all hotels could be this friendly! Just what we needed after a long flight. Spacious fabulous room in great location. Quiet at night to ensure good night’s sleep. Lovely breakfast . The valet staff were super efficient . Would definitely recommend.

The food was a bit disappointing. I have been here quite a few times and always satisfied, but this time the 2 meals I ate there were not at the same standard. Perhaps they changed chefs?

First, check in was a breeze. I travel a lot for business, so I'm almost an expert at this. Our three rooms were, as requested, close together. We went to the pool immediately. A bit breezy up there, but beautiful. We ordered lunch from the lovely bar staff, and I had possibly the best caesar salad I've ever had. My kids also loved their meals. Breakfast could not have been better. Healthy options, interesting flavors but also "normal" enough that even my picky eater son was delighted. The location was perfect for us: a quick jaunt to the city, but also a quick jaunt to the zoo. Walking around the property was a lovely experience. I was ready to buy a condo (until I saw how much they go for!). The rooms were very clean, well thought out and functional. I shared a room with my daughter and we were not on top of each other at all. Beds were comfortable, and the in-room thermostats actually worked, as opposed to some hotels where you can change it all you like, it's not actually changing room temp. Other facilities were top notch. This place is worth it.

We stayed for three nights, in three rooms. Kept having problems with keys shutting off. But When I brought them down, it was fixed immedaitely.
