Many amenities, free goodie bag at check-in and a convenient shuttle to the cruise port for reasonable cost.

Very clean, and conveniently located. Great breakfast choices included.

When i searched for te hotel, i specified that i needed transportaci�n and when i contacted te hotel, i did not hace. They should update te informaci�n. I algo d�a hace a piola. It was under renovaci�n.

Hotel was in a nice area, many restaurants for dinner in walking distance. Breakfast at hotel was good as well.

Found a pair of men¿s boxers in hotel room behind a throw pillow on the couch in the room when I first got there. Maybe just do a more thorough job of housekeeping. If I would have not moved the pillow, I would not have found it.

We like to thanks all crew specially hotel employee for a Great Service. Everything was perfect including a wonderful breakfast and a cozy bedroom. Thanks for all Rosario's Family

Nothing, really but would have liked proper cutlery to eat breakfast but understood the concept

Awful paper plates and cups for breakfast and coffee facilities, plastic cutlery and endless throw away plastic. Sad that Hilton don't take more care over the throw away culture and therefore the environment

I love the accessibility to all different sorts of restaurants within and around the hotel. The room was clean and spacious!!! The hotel staff was kind and accommodating!! Definitely worth every penny.

The only thing I did not like was the elevators because though they had 3 it felt like only two were working. There was a wait to get on and very packed especially during check out.

Lots of space, excellent bathroom with good products. Was warm and cosy as it was freezing when we were there! Good transport links and close to shops and restaurants.

The hotel was in a good safe location. It was pretty close to the cruise terminal. Also there was a bar/restaurant next door and a nice grocery store a very short walk from hotel.

The price seemed a bit high and the pillows on the bed were terrible.

Perfect location, great size room...

The breakfast was very disappointing, not fresh and there wasn’t a good range of options either . They also closed it before the “end time” while we were there which felt very rushed and rude

Location and facilities

Price and outdated shower in need of repair. Plates in the room for use with the kitchen would have been good. Plug socket for coffee machine didn’t work.

Walking distance to a lot of places including the tram.

They did not clean the rooms. We heard you had to request or they cleaned every two days. The garbage in the washroom was over power.
