I love everything about this hotel

We were there for a visit to FIU and it was very close by. Hotel was clean, bed was comfy, breakfast was nice and they had a lot of choices. The parking lot was big and well-lit.

Upon check in.. bathroom had a strong urine smell. The smell was throughout my 7 day stay.

Very clean and well taken care of. Good continental breakfast. Free beer and snack at 630pm!

Great location and clean room. I really enjoyed the shower and kitchenette in the room. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Weird layout of room. Furniture needs updating due to a lot of bumps and scratches.

Expired food. Throw up at breakfast that wasn't cleaned up intentional. Sink in room trickled water. Worst hotel experience in years. I am calling their customer service line and will never book an Element Hotel again. Sickening experience.

The bed wood frame is too wide and legs are easy to be hurt.

Had rooms with double beds

Cheap furniture. No shower curtains. No soap holders in the shower (had to sit my soap on the floor of the shower). Really old & slow elevator. Limited commodities. Extremely tight fitting room with the furniture (definitely not like a Residence Inn).

The fire alarm kept going off from 9pm to after 4am about every hour. It was absolutely horrible.

room was clean and and large,bed comfortable and breakfast was plenty and good.

The fire alarm went off 3 times during the middle of night waking us up out of deep sleeps It went off 3 times id guess about 15 or 30 minutes apart and nothing was offered for the disturbance and interruption of our sleep.

Staff was really nice at the front desk , at the restaurant and during breakfast.

Good decent breakfast. Helpful staff. Clean room with microwave and small coffee machine. Coffee and hot water always available in the lobby.

Distance from airport. Took about 25 minutes and over $40 taxi ride. Airport shuttle mentioned on website but discontinued due to pandemic. Suggest to take ride share instead of taxi. No shuttle to cruise terminal and Uber is about $25.

The breakfast, they need Turkey meat.

They ran out of wash rags towel, and only 1 elevator was working.

The room was nice and roomy the price was great for the room.

I stayed on the third floor my room was fine and didn¿t smell but the lobby smelt like mold . I also was super upset about the fact they had no vending machines on location and the hot breakfast had sausage so burnt I broke a tooth when I took a bite.

A very bad experience with this Hotel of my daughter Birthday and ask me to leave
