The staff and the fact that the hotel is newer

Exaggerated parking fee ($50), not having full bottles of water (for a $---/night room), not having wine glasses in the room and options to purchase any in the room. Bad coffee machine. The experience is mitigated - such an expensive room with no service.

I love the hotel it was close by everything and made it convenient for me and my husband to get to everything we def will be using them again

Just wish they would have came to clean the rooms up with out me calling and asking but other then that when I did call for them to clean it they came

Location and Valet TEam

Iron did not work and burned my slacks. Key did not work one night. Phone in room did not work and I ended up getting calls fro an hour 1 night and the front desk did nothing except deny they were not calling me.

Good location

Mangement is cheap. Charged $31.00 for eggs and 2 thin pieces of French toast. They were allowing the bartender to make the lobby into a nightclub. loud pounding music severely affecting a disability I have and they could have cared less.

Accommodating staff

The hotel charges you $25 as a credit and suggest that you use it. I told them I didn¿t want a $25 credit per day. I can buy my own food/drinks without them giving me coupons. Not referring to the hold for incidentals. Paid parking sucks $48 per night Â

Rooms are clean and nice . Pool and cabana's are great. Can walk to alot of things

The parking overnight for $50.00 was a little much.

Marriott Nickel and Dimes Everything. Can't we at least have unlimited bottled water in the room that costs big money?

Liked the location and the hotel. Made use of the free shuttle within 1 mile to get to our dinner reservation.

I had paid for breakfast and they didn’t give it. I am still waiting for a response on this non compliance.

Room smelt like urine and was not cleaned properly.

Bed comfy cleaners but it was spot as to bed bug on the bed

The lobby wasn’t friendly and they wasn’t welcoming to black passengers but was to other people

The bed sheets were not clean. I asked to change but it was ignored. I was sleeping on the top of duvet.

It was in downtown Miami so most stuff were accessible

What i didn't like was the fact that my card was charged 3 times over a 100 dollars for reasons I dont know. I am still awaiting my refund for these charges which front desk said was done automatically by their system to check if the card is valid which i don't understand why you would have to request funds over a 100 dollars each time.

Loved the bars and rooms very comfy and spacious
