Front desk staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.

I was more than double charged for parking. Had to contact hotel to get it credited back. Only saw maid service once in 4 days, had to take my own trash out. The parking garage is dirty and not well lite, but they charge fees for self parking.

EVERYTHING!! Great customer service. They were friendly, courteous and helpful during our 1 week stay. The room was soooo spacious. Our room and the rest of the hotel was very clean and orderly. It was basically across the street from everything. Perfect!

We had a large clean room with a view of the airport

Lots of kids with families going on cruises, making breakfast a little chaotic and messy, but the two attendants were doing a great job of keeping it clean. The airport shuttle quit running about 11:00 pm so we had to get an Uber.

The guy that checked me was very nice and professional. I really liked the large walk in shower.

The only negative I can say is they don't tell you about the parking fee when you book. And the ice machine on my floor wasn't working.

The wallpaper on the 11th Floor hallway was pulled down from the ceiling about a foot and there were holes filled w/spray foam: I realize it is coastal Florida and mold grows everywhere but the exposed back of the wallpaper was black with mold.

The hotel was extremely clean and minutes from alot of places. The front desk staff were very nice and informative. The bed water in the shower was hot and the decor was nice. I will stay again.

I liked everything about this hotel

We were going on a cruise so it was nice that we could walk across the street to Publix to grab 12 packs to carry on, and there were a couple little fast food restaurants we could walk to as well. The staff was AMAZING and we love the breakfast.

The name is super similar to another hotel so we took the wrong shuttle and ended up at the wrong hotel at first. Apparently we were the 3rd people that morning to do that too!!

No limpiaron la habitaci¿n y me entere cuando llegue a las 21 hs, cuando voy a reclamar me dicen que tengo que avisar para que la limpien. Insolito, nunca me avisaron que era as¿, no entiendo como un hotel de esa categor¿a y precio puede actuar as¿.

For 10 years we cruised out miami this is our go to place . Good pickup from airport, lots restaurants close walgreens, CVS, all walking distance.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom were top stars

I was disappointed that the whirlpool was out of service and that the swimming pool temperature was so cold my kids couldnt stand to swim. My kids are pretty tough cookies when it comes to cold water, but this was icy cold.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Their airport shuttle was great. There is a small mall across the street with a grocery store, shops, and a few restaurants.

They do not have a restaurant, so we had to walk across the street to the shopping/restaurant mall in the rain and we got soaked. So, if the weather is bad, you may want to choose a hotel with a restaurant.

Super clean, comfortable and up to date room and bathroom. No aircraft noise in the room that I noticed. Staff changed us to a different room type with zero hassle. Breakfast was actually quite good. Good location for folks laying over before a cruise.

Hard to reach by phone prior to the visit. Whirlpool inoperative (but,that happens.) Information on the airport and cruise port shuttles was delivered in sort of a piecemeal fashion - a PDF or handout with the details of these would be welcomed.

I liked how close it was to airport and cruise port. It's also close to a plaza to get last minute essentials.

The room was spacious, the TV selections were packed with fun stuff, the pull was nice. The bathroom shower was amazing! And the set up is splendid.

The jacuzzi was not working.
