We like the way the room splits in two

It's was a few black ants on the counter in the room and in the elevator door entrance

Bed was comfortable

It was filthy, hotel staff talked loudly on personal calls at 3:30 am. I could hear them clear as day on second floor.

Clean and staff friendly

Lied about airport shuttle breakfast are crammed

Overall cleanliness and substantial breakfast .

The room carpet was damaged, appeared dirty and was stale.

Hotel claimed to have airport shuttle did not had to pay tact both ways

Price and location, good value

Breakfast food is absolutely horrible, except for the fruit and yogurt. Milk was running out long before breakfast was over. The sausage was horrible. You can do better.

No WiFi. No room telephone. I paid for king suite and ultimately given queen suite as king suite bathroom was clogged.

Very nice staff and great location surrounded by shops and restaurants. Very comfortable bed, very quiet hotel. No issues whatsoever.

I wish the hotel had a Jacuzzi.

Rooms were spacious and clean! Typical Hampton Inn experience!

Little difficult to approach and get to but overall not too bad.

The bed linens were dirty and had blood stains on the sheets. The sheets were clean but had stains on them. Also the TV was broken.

I addressed my concerns with the front desk by showing them pictures and video and they said management would get back to me. All I will say is based on how management responded, is why I will not stay at the brand of hotels in the future.

Pool closed, but not a big deal for one night. Front desk lady was perfection. Lovely personality and a great representative of your brand.

the hotel was right next to the beach , amenities the hotel offered. the staff was friendly knew me by name i felt like a princess

The location was great and the staff was nice

My bathroom floor was dirty. The elevator was not working properly. The breakfast potatoes were literally just boiled potatoes.

The screen in the elevator was cracked. The toilet sheet in the room was missing the seat cover. The AC was not very effective.

Having housekeeping come into my room when my do not disturb sign was up at 8am without even knocking and waking me up. Being woken up again at 10am with a phone call and no one answering on the other end when the check out time was 12pm.

There were no vent in bathroom although my room got changed but still no air vent and HVAC is not working as expected
