some simple amenities missing - facial tissues, a clock in the bedroom

So many things to like about the Towers at Dadeland. The location was close to the various attractions we enjoyed. The rooms were spacious & clean. The price was excellent and the parking was included. Will go back!

It was a little chilly in the hallways but I am really reaching to find something to complain about.

The tenants facing my door were so loud and fighting all night I could not sleep. The appartment is very old carpet should be changed

Location is itself quiet but only 1 block from convenient Highway 1. Safe area of South Miami. Nice view of sunrise from balcony. My apartment of 2BR and 2BA is spacious, clean, quiet, bed is comfortable, kitchen has everything for cooking (Target grocery store is just across the street), washing machine and dryer are provided but not used. Open air swim pool is HEATED. Expensive coffee machine provides 6 choices of free coffee. Staff (Raoul) is super helpful, showing me floor and room even while it is being cleaned, and the security measures. Other occupants are also nice. Plenty of indoor parking space. We truly enjoyed our stay.

No breakfast included, small carpet in living room may need shampooing

Nice living space, free parking, gym, pool, Mall, major stores and restaurants within walking distance. Metro rail right outside the door. Easy reservation, check in and check out.

The location is great, private but within reach of Dadeland Mall & Dadeland Station. Easy to walk and or obtain transportation. The room is spacious and clean. Across from obtaining easy access to public transportation like the Metrorail.

Not a fan of carpet rooms, but it's not a big deal.

The location was spacious, clean, and had a kitchenette with espresso maker, and two bathrooms. It had two bedrooms, one queen and another with two twin beds, making it easy to bring friends or a full family into the locale. Window in the larger bedroom faces directly towards the west, making the view during sunset absolutely perfect.

I would say that the air felt a little bit too dry or dusty resulting in a slightly sniffily nose. I would say that the complementary shampoo and conditioner were a bit on the lower end of quality, leading to dry-feeling hair.

We booked this property as we had to attend an event in Miami; the apartment is in a very beautiful area with stores in walking distance; the free parking was much appreciated; we were escorted to our apartment and all details about the apartment were explained to us verbally and in writing; the amenities are great; my son used the gym a couple of times and the pool looked very clean; I will definitely stay there next time we are in Miami

Really nice check in.. very practical and easy going. 2 bathrooms are available. Proximity to dadeland mall.

Beds for 4 persons only. 5th person sleeps on sofa..

Conveniently located to shopping, the rooms are clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. The staff goes above and beyond and are super friendly. we actually have to come back in a week and have already booked our stay here and would 100% book again in the future if we were in the area.

The only thing I could say negative about our room was that all of the beds squeak a little bit however it will not keep us from returning.

Location was exactly what I wanted and parking was good. Coffee on 7th floor next to pool was great touch. Pool looked nice although I never used it. Size of apt was good. I would stay again just would not want the same apt. 914

Carpets throughout were filthy. Need to be pulled up and replaced. Better with tiles. The carpet under the sofa was cream but the rest of it was a dirty brownish. Sofa needs replacing. Middle cushion could not be sat on. Only two people could sit on the sofa. The oven did not work. Tried to cook a pizza but it went into the trash after 40 mins in the oven which was tepid warm after being on for 50 mins. The apt is just tired and needs a reno and it will be great.

We had a wonderful stay at Dadeland Towers! The location is perfect—close to restaurants and shopping, which made everything super convenient. The property itself was very clean and well-kept. The staff went above and beyond, not only assisting with our needs but also helping us choose a reliable car rental company. Their hospitality really made our experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
