Location, staff attentiveness, cleanliness

The bed, the service and the pools.

The pool was very nice and the room was comfortable. Room service food was great.

Service levels of the pool deck staff - they weren't happy and gave a bare minimal service.

We were promised roll away bed, but did not get one since they put us in a small room. Also, shower drain had hairball.

Service at the pool bar was very very slow... Food was burnt, not very tasty and overpriced too!

The room exceeded my expectations. Bed, shower, cleanliness. Staff was cheerful and helpful. I would prefer staying in this hotel more than any other in Miami.

Parking is over $40 per night. Seems excessive.

The staff, particularly at the pool, are great. The hotel is beautiful and the room was very spacious.

It took three requests to get a kettle to heat water for tea.

There are two elevator areas in the lobby. In regards nd beginning its a little confusing. It would be good to mark them. To Guarage or to Rooms The price of parking the car. The rest was wonderful.

The pool staff was not as attentive and consistent as we expected from a Four Seasons Hotel. Our previous experiance at this property was better.

This is one of the best places to stay in Miami if your not planning into go to miami beach.

The hotel rooms were supposed to be 2 beds in each room but the hotel staff said they didnt had any with the rate that was acquired and if I wanted a 2 bed in the room I needed to pay extra for it.

Easy check-in, friendly front desk staff. The room exceeded our expectations. Beautiful skyline views. Would definitely staff there again.

Incredible pool, great service, extremely clean, location is central to everything and the Brickell neighborhood actually has some great restaurants and bars. Not cheap per se, but still a great value.

Parking is expensive ($39 a night), location is a bit impersonal / sterile

From pulling up to valet to picking it up during checkout, everyone was very welcoming and glad to help make a great experience. Edge Restaurant did fantastic, think Alexandria and Marciano were the two behind the bar. Great job.

Four Seasons is gorgeous but great staff makes it outstanding.

Perfect hotel experience. Great public spaces and great outdoor spaces. The staff is as good as its gets.
