Clean, staff helpful, great breakfast!

The room was clean, quiet and roomy with microwave, fridge and dishwasher amenities. Climate control was quiet. The complimentary breakfast offered a variety of hot and cold choices in a nice space. Front desk staff were friendly. Market area was a plus.

I liked EVERYTHING about this hotel. The hotel wasn't central to amenities like restaurants, but the market area in the hotel more than made up for this.

House keeping wasn’t done daily .. the shower seemed to be broken .. also the toilet did not work properly and there was not someone on call to fix it .. we had to wait 5 hours .. the breakfast was the same boring thing everyday ..

The entire property/facilities/room were well kept & clean. The room & bathroom were very spacious. Breakfast was good.

Everything was great. Probably they can consider including body lotion in the bathroom along with the shampoo/bodywash.

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. The mattress need to be change on the sofa bed

The customer service was good at the front desk. We really liked the shuttle service and the driver, though he wasn't able to speak English.

Housekeeping services can be improved, also there was no power in the room for a period of time during heavy rain. Light was observed the corridor but none in the room.

The gym was not 24 hrs, and breakfast availability time was too short, especially for persons vacating who wanted to sleep in.

So we have been staying at this property for several years and is our go to when traveling to the port of Miami. It’s convenient, close and comfortable.

Normally we have an amazing experience, but this stay was super odd. The shower was lukewarm at best and the lights and tv kept turning on randomly during the night.

The time set for breakfast is to early at 7am and ends early as well 9am. Breakfast menu needs to be improved.The location of the hotel is in an excellent location as it is very near to shopping malls like Dolphin, Miami Mall. Close to places to eat.

Breakfast time to be extended and menu improved. There needs to be additional parking. Owing to periods of rain, the hotel group should consider installing/constructing a covered area for guests to either be dropped off or be collected by their vehicle without getting wet. We we arrived it was raining so had to wait to come out of vehicle.

Near to shopping centers, modern hotel, spacious rooms, great facilities, friendly staff.
