The hotel room was spacious and had comfortable beds

The breakfast was overpriced for what they offer. Thankfully Firstwatch is close by who has delicious breakfast.

Great hotel and brand new looking beautiful rooms great TV and very friendly staff.

Everything was better than I expected and it could not of picked a better place. Close to food at the Doral mall which was amazing and close to the Miami airport. Could not pick a better place.

Well let's start by saying, on the app. It said a bed with sofa bed. When I got the hotel. I only got a room with a bed. Which made it real hard for us. When I got to the hotel I got the run around. May just go some Where's else. To took a trip

$14 for breakfast when other hotels in the area have free breakfast. $100/hr for use of small conference rooms. They likely sit empty most of the time b/c no one wants to pay that for a small conference room.

During my stay from November 25–28, my new shoes were stolen from my room while under the exclusive custody of AC Hotel Miami Airport Doral. The staff’s explanation—that they removed “an empty box inside a trash bag”—is completely illogical. I never placed my belongings in the trash, and all other boxes and shopping bags in the room were left untouched.This was not a mistake: my belongings were clearly mishandled or stolen by hotel staff. The response I received was cold and dismissive: “no evidence” and “we cannot do anything.” I felt completely unprotected and betrayed in a place that should have been safe.No one should stay at this hotel. Personal belongings can be stolen, and staff and management will take no responsibility. I will never return.

Clean and tidy

Having to do place a $100 surcharge in case of any damage, it would have been good to know this in advance. Also, had to call ahead to reserve the room even though I had paid in full for the room.

AC in our unit was either too cold and at times would turn on the heat. Room entry door needs adjustment. Is too hard to open ajar. Seems jammed

The location and that the room is spacious.

We only stayed for two nights and they didn’t clean our room even though we requested the housekeeping service. The second time we complained the gave us a set of bed sheets and towels instead of providing the cleaning service.

GIM is ok

Expensive, breakfast need extra pay, with Tips also.

The lady can’t remember her name but she was amazing…always smiling and I felt very welcome and will definitely stay there again

Staff who were not attentive to customer issues!I was scammed because I paid for a family room and when I arrived at the location it was a room for people with disabilities, with a dirty bathroom!
