Private Oasis at Arya

The location, the view I had from my room

The staff could have been more accommodating to someone who was celebrating a birthday

Location, free parking, quiet

Location and free parking !

I booked a studio with kitchen , on the 18th floor , the floor was dirty , looked like they only changed the bed sheets and cleaned the toilet but they forgot to vacuum and wash the floor . The owner could invest more in upgrading the place , outdated

Cleanliness

Not an apartment. It¿s a hotel room. Balcony is a joke and partition was an insult.

Great location, we enjoyed the immediate surroundings as well as close drive to Key Biscayne. Lovely room, with nice kitchen and full refrigerator . Free and plentiful parking in secure parking garage was great

Nothing!

Location and view

Various minor repairs need to be made in apartment in which we stayed.

Privacy

Better internet and cable mines kept going out and I couldn¿t hook up my game console to television

very convenient location

The room we were in had such an odd shape that it had no windows, just a glass door with a miniature sliver of a balcony that was too small to hold any furniture or more than one person. Caulk was coming off around the bathtub. Otherwise fine.

location

the staff doesnt know how the reservation works, they only take care of the hotel apparently and this is not a hotel.

Location.

Parking structure is poorly signed. Pre-arrival instructions on how to arrange for self-parking (how to get the parking pass on arrival) was not explained beforehand.

The room is very nice with kitchen, free parking and the location

The rates should be cheaper

Locations

Rude and uncaring front desk managers
