It was ok

The room they gave us didn’t like it housekeeping didn’t wipe the inside of the microwave out it was dirty the refrigerator was loud the hotel was to far to find

Was promised early morning check in. This is why we chose this hotel. Our flight was coming in at 5:30 AM which means we would be checking in around 7 AM. NOPE they would not check us in until 3 PM on the dot. It was such a terrible experience

Great hotel: reasonable price, clean, nice rooms, friendly staff and complimentary breakfast. What's not to like? Highly recommended!!

The bathroom fan does not turn off, you can hear it all night, it was a bit to loud.

Very clean and easy check in.

Parking is limited in the front but there¿s plenty of parking across the street at the mall.

Staff were excellent, hotel full due to hurricane Ian & they were rushed off their feet but they was all pleasant. breakfast was great, all freshly prepared. Big thanks everyone

Resort fee for absolutely no reason. Not even parking.

Safe, nice pool, great breakfast, and roomy. The staff was pleasant.Peaceful trip.

Housekeeping did not do floors in the room despite daily cleaning. It was odd but not that big a deal.

Staff were helpful throughout. Whole hotel looked brand new and my trim was delightful. Staff was very attentive to my needs.

Location is close to the mall. Although finding the address was very stressful. Needs advertising on the main Avenue.

The rooms were amazing

The breakfast was really bad, we were expecting at least 1 egg. It was rubbish. Also, the pool was closed, no idea why and the stuff was not friendly at all, they just did not care about our needs.

It was very clean

The air conditioner was very noisy.

This Holiday Inn Express is the finest example of hospitality and cleanliness. If you need a great place to stay in the Miami area, this is it!

The location is ideal for shopping and restaurants. The hotel is clean and comfortable.

Though the breakfast is free it needs more variety.

From the moment we checked in the staff especially Marcus was absolutely 10/10 his professionalism, his manner and his exceptional level of customer services was outstanding. The shopping malls were so easy to access, the hotel was great
