Olde Marco Inn & Suites

Size of the condo

Elevator would drop and then pause before continuing to our floor. I reported to the staff and she said it?s probably the magnet. It occurred every time to the point I stopped using the elevator and climbed the 4 floors to our room.

Old Marco location is great

Cleanliness, unable to reach front desk when calling - they would only respond by text. Unwilling to make changes to reservation within 24 hours of booking.

Loved the location in old Marco. Walking distance to great places. Our room was updated and very clean.

We loved it and will plan to return with our family.

The unit was spacious for our family of 5. Nicely updated.

The pool area is a little small.

This property was impeccably clean and conveniently located, with several food/entertainment venues right on the premises. We had a large 2-bedroom condo. Staff was friendly/ accommodating. We're sooooo glad that we stayed here instead of the beach area.

No complaints whatsoever, not even a minor petty one.

The best the rooms and the pool

Ok let me tell you in this hotel you can't talk in the balcony after 11 pm everybody say I call the police for everything even recorded your conversations in the balcony and the lady of front desk play for you thing is completely illegal.

The rooms were very nice and very spacious. There was plenty of room for our family. There are plenty of dining options within the complex and walking distance. The people where all friendly.

It is a long way from the beach but we knew that going in pool and pool area are small for a place as large as this.

The size of the rooms is amazing

Location

beds were comfortable, all rooms very clean and comfortable

Location

Spacious 2 bed 2 bath suite with very comfortable beds. Very well appointed and modern. Close to some good restaurants. Plenty of convenient parking.

Sea view is a bit of a stretch!!

The best villa ever. Best bed. Good for families. Oven, living room etc. The pool was too deep

Do NOT stay here!!

The property did not look anything like the pictures. It was run down and in bad need of repair. The whole place smelled of mildew and mold. When we said we were concerned about the smell they said they had a machine they could put in the room for 2 hours to help with the smell! We did not stay there and are trying to get out money refunded but the process with the property and booking.com is time consuming and frustrating

The staff as always, were wonderful! The location is fabulous and I love the pool and pool area.

Both rooms I've stayed in were nice. But both times the floors were dirty and the last time I stayed the toilet had fecal matter in it! A little bleach and I made it ok. I'd also prefer a keurig machine instead of a coffee maker being solo.

Good price , very clean and quiet, perfect spot to unwind.

The staff: were friendly, professional and serves with smile. The location: which is close to establishments like restaurants, bars, and retail stores. The place: clean, comfortable, and ample space.

Location was great. Very close to all restaurants and local shops. A quick ride to the public beach as well. Hotel apartment was very cleaned, fully equipped and spacious balcony. Watching the sunset from the balcony was amazing!!!! ❤️❤️

The pool was cozy but not large enough for the size of the property. Must be crowded during season.

Location and price.

Laundry room hot and only two washers and dryers

The suite room had fabulous beds and mattresses. Nice view and comfortable

The swimming pool was really small and the water too hot (I’m not talking about the jacuzzi) The area around the pool was also small with a few lounge chairs
