The location was great and the room was clean. Check in and out was very easy.

It was not modern and the fridge did not seem to be working. There was a shared, locked door with our neighbors and I could hear then pretty clearly. They weren't loud, the walls just seemed thin near that shared door.

This hotel goes above and beyond. They have umbrellas, extra blankets, pillows and towels in the room. They provide dishes and a crockpot. You need it they have it. Love this hotel. The view from the deck is so peaceful. Couldn¿t possibly recommend more.

This is a unique motor court style motel situated on the northern end of Marco Island that is next to the boat channel. It is well maintained, clean and managed by the super friendly owner. We were so pleasantly surprised, we stayed extra nights.

The view, the weather, the staff, the bed, the pool were all my favorite things. My husband agreed but adds the linens to the list of favorite things. Simply put the entire experience was amazing!

Quaint old style motel. It is on a waterway. Nice scenery and waterfront deck area. Fishing available off of the deck area.

Kichen area without sink. Not many plates, etc in kitchen area.

Location in Old Marco, on the water. And friendliness of the staff was above expectation.

A/C unit is in the wall and can be noisy as close to the bed as it is. It didn't disturb me, but it did my wife.

I was only there overnight, arrived late and left early. Staff was very accommodation when I called to say I'd be late, and the room was very clean and cute!

Excellent location, can watch boats from the chaise lounges on the deck. Very peaceful, close to restaurants and grocery. Staff very helpful, responded to questions very promptly.

Lovely room. Very clean. Staff worked with my needs for late check in and early check out. Able to park car close to room.

One morning I was unable to lock my door, but it was soon fixed.

The location was great for us to try out our new water equipment (foil drive) and to get a paddle board delivered to and make first use of. It felt very safe & comfortable.

A hot tub to ease off the muscles would be a great addition.

Very friendly and helpful staff - the room was very clean, comfortable and decorated cute.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like - we will absolutely come back to stay.
