- A really nice surprise!.perfect accommodations for a family of 4 and wonderful staff.
- Friendly staff!
- I love this hotel. This hotel should be 4 stars hotel. It's very clean!! Nice furniture!! Comfortable bed and pillows, I had my best night sleep. Staff are very nice and knowledgeable and very HONEST!! They didn't charge any additional fee.
Cons -
- The broken exterior window was not inviting, but it may have just happened
- Guests that "reserve" poolside chairs several hours before AND after they actually use them. I wish the staff would collect the towels from unaccompanied chairs. We were at they pool by 10 AM, there were 4 other people at the pool, but 14 saved chairs.
- The employees would smoke right under our room... which made sitting on the balcony undesirable. :(
