Pros +

Hotel was very nice. Clean rooms, quite atmosphere, and exceptional service!
Brand new modern hotel
The Hotel is brand new and absolutely beautiful. Staff was helpful and breakfast was excellent.

Cons -

Disabled accessible rooms were the last one on the hallway. Rooms were not cleaned every day
We went out for the day and when my girls returned their keys did not work. Had to get another key made.
The pool was green and not completed. I wouldn't have stayed at this hotel had I known that in advance. I was unable to sleep due to the noise from above. Called the desk and the noise stopped around 2:39 am and started again before 6 am

Great breakfast, soft pillows

Cheap utensils.. nothing else

9JenniferPosted on: 4-6-2025

It was clean, very clean.

Every time the air conditioner kicked on or off it was loud because the room echoed a bit. A little noise dampening would be great.

Everything is new and fantastic. The pancake machine was over the top.

Pool was closed at the time but it was also super cold for Florida weather during our trip. 31-34 degrees in the mornings.
