Hampton Inn and Suites MacClenny I-10

It was quiet, clean, and right by the highway.

The breakfast had a decent selection.

The front counter called our room at 11:30pm to get a credit card for incidentals since they forgot to ask for one when we checked in. Worst experience ever when you have and entire family with three children sound asleep from a day of driving.

The room was super clean and comfortable

Breakfast should alway be present. The breakfast trays were empty.

Pretty and clean. Employees were friendly and helpful.

Thouhgt it would be a higher quality considering it was a Hilton product. Towels were cheap & small.

I did not like it when we checked in with our card and opened the door on people sleeping in that room. When we went to the front desk about this, they said didn't have more rooms. Told Couldn't find paperwork.Gave us the room of other people.

We stayed for 7 nights. Our room only got cleaned twice, but not very well. We requested that it be cleaned daily, with clean towels and clean sheets. After being out and about all day, we like to come back to a completely clean room. Each time I had to r

Walls were paper thin. We could hear a pin drop at the room next to us. Location was a problem only when we went out to eat Sunday at 5:30. Restaurants were all closed other than a greasy burger joint which was terrible and a fast food chicken chain.

Staff was helpful and friendly.

Beds creaked so loudly I woke my husband up every time I moved.

Was supposed to get a king size bed in a regular suite room, but instead got 2 queen beds & a handicapped room

The room was very nice and comfortable. The staff were also very nice and helpful. The absolutely best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel chain. My thanks to the chef!

The guests in the room above us made more noise than I've ever experienced. This made for a long and miserable night.

The staff was very professional and friendly and went out of their way to engage with not just me but every customer I saw. Everything was clean and the amenities were excellent

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. And the nice lady who made it was very friendly and efficient.

There was dirt on the floor between the beds. There was no shower curtain hung in the shower. I had to call the office for one. They didn¿t bring it. I had to call again and then they told me I had to come down and get it.

I had to clean my room. Which made my experience bad!!!

They do not clean rooms unless you notify them. They have one little sign on the counter that says this

Staff was super friendly and helpful with any questions - including having menus for area restaurants. Room was clean and hotel new. Breakfast was excellent and offered many choices.

It was a little out of our way, but definitely worth the few extra miles we traveled. We even recommended it to our son for when his family travels to see us!

Bed not comfortable for price but it was conveniently located and staff was responsive

While I understand the no cancellation policy, the inability to modify a reservation is very poor service. I was looking to move my one night stay to a two night stay about 5 weeks from the original date. No flexibility with this Hampton Inn group.

Shower/tub drain was clogged. Ankle deep in dirty water by the end of my shower.
