Rodeway Inn Lake Wales - Winter Haven

We had to find another accommodation and you refused to issue a refund

I felt unsafe

My room was very clean and comfortable. After a long day of work, it was great that I could walk to the restaurant next door for dinner.

Because of its location adjacent to U.S. Highway 27, the noise was very loud all night.

The owners did the best they could to update a very dated motel.

Its a very old, unsafe feeling motel.

The beds

I was showed a newly renovated room and the room I got was definitely not renovated. Also smells moldy. Staff was awsome. Just needs to renovated all rooms and get mold smell out of rooms. To be perfect. Prices are decent tho.

It was close from lots of thing it was only 10 minute away from a wedding we attenden it was clean also

There lots of construction in the main street so getting in the entrance was a little confusión that about it

We arrived and there were baby roaches crawling everywhere. Not one but many I did immediately go and ask for another room and they were sold out. However they were very nice and refunded me the money.

Yes. Exterminate it please

This was the cleanes, most updated room on my trip to Florida from Wisconsin after sta3hing in 2 Days Inns.

I had to deal with the front desk crom outside the motel. The staff waz great.

Location was convenient for visiting friends in Frostproof FL

Clean but very dated.

Fresh paint and floors. Price

Furniture was old, sofa and chair had stains, bathtub plug out Not their fault but road construction made getting into parking lot challenging.

Good Price, nice amenities. Overall very nice accomodations.

Temporarily: There's road construction out front. Noise isn't an issue, FYI: For Informational Purposes Only. Property Owner Has NO Control Over This Temporary Inconvenience "

Room & price accurately represented on page. Housekeeping was on top of things.

The room smelled funny like mold, nothing an air freshener couldn't fix.

Nothing crappy tv even

Amenities, less than average bad tv bad location

Room was clean and sanitized, older but updated Comfortable was worth what I spent to stay there Very nice that restaurant on site .. did not use pool but ot was clean and maintained

Nothing with hotel .. road construction right out in front of motel sucked..

Proximity with the services around

bath was stained, door locks where defective, not soundproofed at all.

The room was very nice clean and comfortable

The rip off of top golf booking said 60. Dollars when I was finished they threw in a 18% fee total was 75.00 for a top golf experience in a room with no AC and temperature at 79 degrees totally disappointed experience will never get ripped off by Top Golf

Good water pressure

WIFI was bad, room was small, TV had picture that came and went all night.

Nothing, not enough room in next question space to list the multiple problems. Very disappointed. Relied on the number of Star rating which was not accurate.

Internet only available outside of room, broken bathroom fan, hair dryer & telephone didn't work, toilet lid attachment very dirty w/brown stuff, vanity lite bulb missing, & Pool closed - per sign, not in compliance w/Chapter 64E-9, Florida Admin Code.

Lobby closed, pool closed, room smelled of a very strong air freshener. No hand towels and one towel was dingy and nasty looking others were so thin needed more than one to dry. Shower had mildew in it.

Very nice room, comfortable surroundings, and very clean inside and out.

Nothing, everything was fine.

Location was the main reason I stayed there.

The hotel room was dirty, dead bug on the floor, decorative pillow was so dirty. You can visibly see the dirt. But the worst was the smell of urine on the small couch. I'm sharing this information so not to hurt but to create awareness. Best wishes to you
