Pool was green. Price and fees were high for location and demand.

The breakfast person looked at us with very angry face because we arrived at braleakfast at 9:20.

Room was supposed to be handicapped friendly with a mobility tub. Not only was it handicapped friendly, the bath tub was so slippery that my husband decided it was too dangerous for him to take a shower. With soap/shampoo it was a recipe for disaster. e

Hotel has a 2.5 star rating but I don't understand how ratings are obtained. The hotel by far exceeds any 3 star hotel I've ever stayed at. Hotel's appearance is fresh and clean, the building smelled fresh, room was fresh and clean.

Two very minor issues I experienced with the hotel during a winter stay. The rooms are efficient..not hella spacious. Shower water did not get scalding hot like the wife likes it. Hot water was luke warm only (just like I like it).

The staff was very professional and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent a special thanks to the lovely lady who kept it going & kept the food & coffee coming.

The elevator was not working so I did have to take the stairs to do laundry but otherwise it was a great experience!

Had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs everyday 2 or 3 times a day Elevator was woke. For a holiday weekend it should have been fixed There was crockroachs inroom and also by the breakfast room The extra comforter I was given was all tore up

Nice and clean and has plenty of room for boat parking which is most important for us. Lake.june and lake placid are beautiful lakes to play on.

When I arrived the water was not running due to a pipe bursting.

Our room was a good size and had a great view. The price was reasonable and the location was very good.

We had a very challenging time getting the room cleaned. For example, we put in a request to have the room cleaned by 12:30 when we went out in the morning, but it was still not cleaned by 2:00pm.

Only one thing plenty of parking. The trees in a parking lot seem to be covering the lights in the parking lot a little too much. Trimming trees will allow more light for people to maneuver around in the parking lot when exiting Vehicles at night

Was advertised as having a pool and hot tub. There was no hot tub and pool was closed for repairs.

-A little disappointed that hot tub has been filled in and bricked over. -There were some kids running above me. Not much hotel can do about that. Where were the parents? -The hot breakfast looks better in photos than in reality. Beware!

I'm not sure when this one was built, but based on the appearance, cleanliness, and number of USB ports in the room, I assumed it was brand new.

The hotel and our room was very clean and staff was friendly and professional.

Even though I don¿t need it, I like toilets that are higher (ADA) and no grab bar at toilet level.
