I can always count on Hampton Inn to be clean, beautiful, and courteous.

The young lady that checked us in after a grueling 14 hours on the road was nothing short of AMAZING! She was helpful, kind and went above and beyond making sure we had a quite room away from doors and elevators. She took such good care of us!

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast.

$75 pet fee for only one night was basically about half of the cost of the room and is excessive. I was not happy that I was not notified of such a high pet fee prior to booking. I will never stay again if I have my dog with me.

Location, ease of check-in, free breakfast, cleanliness¿ all great.

This hotel is the most expensive of the cluster in the same location. The hotel is taken care of but is starting to show its age.

The staff was so friendly. The breakfast attendant was the best of any hotel we have ever stayed at. She offered to make us waffles. She also noticed my son couldn¿t have a waffle and asked about his food allergy. She went and got him a gluten free bagel

The lobby and common areas looked new and very clean. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. Great amenities or the price.

The hotel was a little difficult to access from the interstate with some traffic lights, tight turns, and a narrow road. The parking lot is very small and restrictive for the size of the hotel. One of our rooms smelled musty and felt damp.

The hotel itself was clean, as well as the rooms. The staff was very courteous from the from front desk, the housekeepers and the breakfast staff.

I liked how friendly the staff was and how they offer complimentary water upon arrival. I also liked how it was right off the interstate and that it was so clean and had the smell that it was clean.

Our mattress was adequate, but not super comfortable. We had water dripping from our overhead light in the bathroom. We did not notice this until morning. We did let the front desk know about it.

Very clean hotel, staff wonderful. Pool was great too.

Check was so quick. I have not been checked in that fast before I first came to this hotel. The server at breakfast went above and beyond. Clearing our dishes. Bringing me my syrup for my waffle, and very friendly.

I still think you need to get a little bigger plates for breakfast so that when you eat your waffle the syrup doesn't just fall off the plate onto the table, and then you will also have some space to cut up your waffle.

Hampton never disappoints, the rooms are clean, good beds and pillows, clean for your arrival. and the breakfast the next morning is so convenient.

the 5th floor where our room was had a strong musky smell, I think it was the carpet, some weird odor mixed with perfume, they need to take care of that.
