- Some remodeling had been done at least to our room that made it very clean and modern looking. Exceptionally comfortable beds (pillow bed mattress and pillows), Nice shower stall. Full line of amenities in the room. The s is very professional and frie
- There wasn't much of anything I liked about this hotel. If I had to pick something, it would be that it's close to restaurants. However, Lake City is small and all hotels there are close to everything. The TV remote was taped to hold the batteries

- I cant describe all that was wrong with this place in 255 characters. Just avoid this one and you will be happy.
- I had roaches in my room. They did not give me the room type of room that I specified online. The area was very dirty had construction material around the property. But the biggest complaint is roaches in my hotel room!
- The room was nasty. Holes in the walls, the bathroom & shower were dirty and moldy. The faucet leaked. The lampshades were torn. Even the ironing board had a hole in it. Only 1 out of 6 drawers opened and all others were jammed closed.
