- Location
- The pool was amazing.
- We LOVE the location and the convenience of getting to Disney. We can usually get a good deal on the room, and the rooms are spacious and nice. Plenty of room to spread out and relax while on vacation.
Cons -
- 2 flat pillows for a king bed. Front desk stated they were completely out. Flat sheet used instead of fitted (assuming ran out of linens too) so sheets moved all night. Phone didn?t work Shower temp handle didn?t stay put
- The photos online do not match the rooms. However the room worked well for us.
- The cleanliness of the room seemed to drop a little from year to year, so there probably needs to be some attention on that. They also try to nickel and dime you on some things. I've never been to a hotel that charged you for extra soap and shampoo.
