Good location
They charge me more and it is difficult to recover my money. The hotel doesn’t answer my message. The bathroom is terrible. I needed to take the water out of the bathroom everyday. The staff doesn’t have patience for questions.

Everything about this hotel is amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. We love the hotel amenities, the free shuttle that runs every hour to and from Duval Street. The location is fantastic for us. We like to stay away from busy Duval Street but love that we can take the free shuttle to the heart of it very easily. This is our second time staying here and we will continue to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton every time we come to KeyWest.
There is absolutely nothing negative to say. We loved everything.

Nice, resort-style hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Free shuttle to/from downtown Key West.
Located about 3 miles or 20 minutes from downtown. Price seemed very high.

The pool is amazing and they bring brinks to you in the pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant is good and has great hours. There is a little store which is nice to grab stuff and if you are a Hilton honors member you can get daily credit from here based on your status. There is a laundry room which is nice to wash your swim clothes. It’s on the quiet side of the island I like. Near the airport which is convenient. There is a shuttle downtown and to the airport. It’s reasonably priced for key west.
I have stayed here many times. I usually stay on the pool side. This is the first time I stayed on the parking lot side. It’s a bit dark. Not many lights in my room. I hated the shower curtain it kept moving because the bar was bent and I would get water everywhere but it has not been an issue in any other room previously. The phone did not work but I did tell them. All minor things. No major issues.

Pool area was nice. Tiki was very nice and great bartender. Room itself was OK and people cleaning the rooms were very fast.
Quality of the rooms for the price was outrageous. I paid as much as $500 for a night in this hotel. I don't expect to see any finishings that look like something an at home DIY person would do. Check room 259. It is not good in the bathroom.

Not too far from Key West. Free parking.
There were many maintenance issues. My doorkey didn't work and the room was dark. Plus, there was a $30 resort fee but no ammenities, just a pool that looks like kids pee in it and a jacuzzi without hot water.

The location of the proper was reallly good! I also like that they had shuttles to the downtown , as well as, the beach. It’s relatively close to everything (not like key west is big) but everything was right down the road. The restaurant and pool was super nice and relaxing. The individuals working the bar and the restaurant area were impeccable.
The staff wasn’t super inviting. I wasn’t really greeted with much enthusiasm when checking in or most times when I approached the desk. As someone with a hotel background, I think you would want your guest to feel more welcome especially when you’re the guests first point of contact. However, there were a few ppl I would like to highlight. The bartender at the bar, the company working the shuttles (beach and downtown), the guy giving directions at the booth for the beach shuttle, the night auditor and my waiter. They were all sooo nice and while my check in and other encounters with front desk wasn’t as inviting , they made up for it with their kindness. Now the rooms. The room isn’t bad but the bathrooms could be cleaner. We changed rooms because the shower floor had spots on it and the mold around the shower and a crusty shower head. The second was better but it was still crevices that need a good power wash. Maybe that should something implemented every couple weeks in rotation to do deep cleaning on specific rooms or floors.
