Great location
Hotel staff was rude & didnt want to accommodate anything.Housekeeping only came 1 time after 5 days.The hotel allows other people to use the pool which results in no chairs or space for actual guests.Requested a 30 minute later checkout and they refused

The pool , the pool bathrooms spotless. The lady that handles the towel for the pool awesome! THe location is perfect!
Dirty stained sheets. I asked for sheets to be cleaned 3xs and it never happened. Front desk could be more helpful.

This hotel is an excellent place to stay as well as full of nice amenities such as the pool, bar, bath bombs, coffee and robes to use. I enjoyed the large room and bathroom in addition to veranda to sit and sip my coffee in the morning.
The $45 resort fee is annoying but it seems like everywhere is doing this now

The location is great
The internet was lousy - tv did not have FOX for the World Series game ; when paying this much, youâ≢d think it would have been better. The elevators werenâ≢t working- Overall, we were very disappointed at this price.

We got accidentally looked out of our room on our balcony - a faulty door lock. The front desk and maintenance people were GREAT to help us out. The room and service was great and the concierge was also very helpful. A great place to stay
