- Very nice property and conveniently located on north end of Duval.

- I?ve been to Key West before, but this was the best hotel. I recommend people staying here.
Cons -
- The elevator was out for several days and we had to climb four flights of steps several times a day. I had recent hip surgery so that was a serious challenge for me.
- One of the employees was cutting shower tile in room next or at 4:00AM. Room was not made up one day. Was charged for meals I did not order. Contacting hotel and correcting bill was an ordeal

Location, spacious room & pleasant staff. Had the good fortune of having several interactions with both Arsenii & Sarahi. They were both very helpful & so pleasant. I love that Hyatt has this intern program.
Pricey resort fee (approx $65 per day) which does not include parking. That?s an additional $40 per day.
