The property is completely nonsmoking. Guests at the Parrot Key Hotel & Villas can spend the day kayaking. After a kayaking trip, guests can relax with an on-site massage or take the complimentary shuttle to the historic Key West old town city center. A 55-inch flat-screen TV and small fridge are featured in each accommodations at the Parrot Key Hotel & Villas. Guests can relax on their private terrace and enjoy views of the ocean and tropical landscape. For only $30 + tax per vehicle per night, enjoy 24-hour unlimited in and out valet service. Cons -

Room needed updating. Our lamp was broken curtain pull broken and outside light on porch had no switch with an electric box outside that was broken dresser had knobs missing
I was fooled by ad that it was beach front and it was water front no beach Water was not visible from bottom floor
"I had a frustrating experience at this hotel. The staff was unhelpful, and despite my efforts to resolve the issue, I was charged twice. The manager brushed off my concerns, resulting in poor customer service. I cannot recommend this hotel."
