The location was perfect. Our room was spacious and clean! The staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent. The grounds and outside area were nicely kept. I really liked that our kitchenette had a toaster. I appreciated that I could use my parking garage pass for a few extra hours after I checked out. Overall I was very satisfied with the hotel.

I was disappointed that housekeeping made no attempt to come to our room. We could have used a few extra towels. They would have seen the dirty ones on the floor. I don't recall seeing anything posted about housekeeping not being offered.

Great location.

No restaurant, no bar, no room service, no pool service, just a disappointment. When we checked in we were told that parking was 26.88 for our entire stay, but when we checked out we were charged 26.88 per day and when we spoke to the manager she told us that even though we were told the one fee, we had to pay much more and being told we were going to pay less was ignored. Don't stay in this resort as they charge 17.00 per day resort fee, but offer no resort amenities.

The location was excellent you can walk easily to the sites. Hotel is located at the marina so it was very nice to walk around. The hotel was clean, Staff was very nice.

Its a time share which I only realized when we got there. So not a full service hotel- no Bell service you get a cart and haul your luggages, no room service, front desk closes at 11pm so you don't have anyone to talk to after that time for questions or issues. The Rooms were very clean but dated, certain unpleasant odor when we came in but improved after I wiped the floor with disinfectant wipes so just might be the map they used. Carpet is clean but looks old. I wanted a room with a view but staff said there was construction we have a view of the pool and a "glimpse" of the marina if you try too look in between the palm trees (which is very hard to do). There was also someone staying above us and we heard them moving furniture at night and kids running around which made sleeping a bit more difficult.

The staff is friendly, informative, and extremely personable! We felt we were staying at a friend's house rather than a commercial property. They helped us book a sunset cruise and called a taxi for us when it was time to depart. The room was spectacular, very clean, and met our every need. The poolside area was well-maintained and quiet, providing a relaxing respite from the day's adventures. Best of all, we were close enough to shops and museums, and there's a great variety of restaurants to choose from, all within walking distance. Overall, we could not have picked a better stay! We've been traveling to Key West for 30 years, and this resort is now at the top of our list! We expect to become repeat customers!

As much as we loved our view of the Gulf of Mexico, it was largely blocked whenever a cruise ship came into port almost daily. They didn't stay any longer than a day, but one was replaced by another and then another. In all fairness, the ships were not loud or obnoxious, but their sheer size crowded out most of the harbor. As a 30-year veteran of traveling to Key West, such a large vessel seems very out of place. There are other unobstructed views of the Gulf to enjoy if you feel the view is bothersome.
