I have been staying at the Pelican for several decades, this is probably the best hotel value in the Keys. The amenities have also improved, but I still hope they keep the value.

Cons -

Not really . Continental , coffee at least would be good .

Expecting much more for the price. The bed was good, but rest of room was empty and bare: hard floor, 1 chair, lots of empty space. Narrow bathroom, crammed into one side of room, with very dangerous step down into room. Toilet space crammed against sink.
