HOUSE KEEPING CAME IN MY ROOM WHILE I WAS SLEEPING AND ASKED ME WHEN I WAS CHECKING OUT (8:15AM) AND AGAIN AT 9:30 HOW RUDE

Location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Very Clean. Dog friendly.

The staff was excellent. I was there for my aunt, who was in the hospital. She was moved to, and I needed to extend my stay. Staff was absolutely wonderful getting me the additional day. Rooms were clean and breakfast was great. Did not get to use

Needed more fresh fruit choices for breakfast.

It was right off 95, and seemed to be a nice and safe area. The breakfast staff ladies were really nice. The desk people also.

We arrived at about 6:00. Was told that tv was down and would be on in 30 minutes. Long story short! Never came on and phones did not work. We left at 10 the next morning. No tv's or phones and no compensation. Not a cheap hotel. Missed derby.

It was very clean

The shower was awful. Breakfast was a little disappointing.

Facilities were clean. Room was spacious.

The furnishings need to be updated. The room was not equipped with enough USB ports.

Power was out when we checked in. Not hotel¿s fault but staff could have been nicer.

l understand COVID but the. breakfast was not good. coffee was not available for a second. only apple for breakfast really. what happen to bananas , more cereal choices, mor milk choices , croissants etc. very disappointed.

Very clean and sanitary. Great food choices for breakfast. Walking distance to several restaurants.

Staff and location

Hallway carpets were always filthy. Never vacuumed. Cleaning staff start knocking loudly at 8am for housekeeping up and down the hallway.

Nice location. Good breakfast. Pretty clean.

Jacuzzi tub broken. Bed very soft. Not enough parking.

It was clean and rooms were well appointed.

It was made clear that pets were not welcome although they were allowed because of the hurricane.

Good location with much commerce surrounding it.

Hard to see and locate from the road. Breakfast was weak and routine.

at other Hampton Inns there are alway cookies to greet you. Either they were already eaten or never baked. Not necessary but always nice to have around 4 or 5 o'clock after a days drive.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was kind, and helpful. Breakfast was very good. We would have no problem staying there again.
