The rooom was great! Clean, lots of space, great amenities, and nice pool/hot tub area.

Hotel is clean but it is equal to or less than several 2.5 star hotels in same area yet costs much more. Falsely claims it is in town center, it is not, it is on Southside Blvd. Old none smart TV with 90's style cable programs. Very poor breakfast.

The room was disgusting. There were cleanable stains on the furniture and vomit hidden just behind the skirt of one bed.

Exercise and laundry facilities

Multiple issues. Broken dishwasher, coffee maker, bureau. TV screen was damaged. Reported to desk but not resolved during a week long stay. Disappointing.

Location of the hotel is good

Matters lines are poor not the price I pay. Otherwise I will go to motel 6.

Several stray cats being fed, cat food visible on sidewalk near front entrance. Visible food remnants (chicken bones) in elevator, other food items in hallways. Overall , property needs better cleaning procedures inside and out.

The pool is nice and the room was very clean. The carpet was a bit damp but the front desk last warned us that the carpet had been freshly cleaned. The lady at the front desk was nice.

The breakfast bar could have had a little more variety but it was overall good.

Room was not cleaned and had not only personal soap left in shower, but also had a bra and underwear of previous occupant left hanging in the bathroom.

Location is very good. Thoughtful amenities like extra washcloth and makeup remover for makeup.

Their breakfast staff said that she did not know how to use the microwave in the kitchen when I wanted to warm up their clumpy lukewarm oatmeal. Seriously? I had to go back to my room to warm up my food. Train your staff!! Add waffle makers.

Just the room was dirty found some old socks and food on the floor. Also my booking had issues and instead of the front desk lady calling me and telling me they ran the credit card I gave them for incidental holds. Like call me tell me I didn¿t authorize

Excellent location with lots of restaurants just across the road. Spacious lobby.

Front desk staff were not so friendly. Check-out is at 12 p.m. and they were very strict about it saying that if I stayed over for more than 15 minutes, they'll charge me an extra half-day's rate! Check-in is at 3 p.m.

This was charged fraudulently on my card .no body stayed here or authorized the stay and the hotel won't refund my money I'm very upset

Front desk person was very nice. Room was very clean.

They had cones up not to park and you had to move the cones to park per front desk.

The staff was very nice & helpful

We had to move rooms once and both rooms had a musty smell to them
