Checkout staff was rude and judgmental towards my family. Room was not clean. Room had hair all over it. Sheets were extremely rough.

One room was musty and the couch was completely wet. You couldn¿t use it. It was disgusting. The odor was awful.

The room is huge and the kitchenette is very useful.

The a/c was not stable. The room would get hot then cold then hot then cold. It made for a not-so-good sleep.

The suite. It was spacious. Clean & nicely decorated. Like that it had a fridge, microwave & extra sink.

The breakfast wasn't very good. The pre made breakfast sandwiches were not very good. The boiled eggs were rubbery. There was a nice selection of topping for the waffles though.

Very clean. Bright colorful room. Free breakfast. Crisp white sheets. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Location and cleanliness.

Only negative is that you have to schedule your room to be cleaned instead of housekeeping just automatically coming every day to clean the room.

Breakfast was always very good. Room was very clean.

The HVAC was poor in the room. Either too warm or too cold. Front desk person at check-in was dishonest with me about reservation. Had to move on second day. Toilet seat was crooked and should've been reported.

They had No hot water for two days, I had to go find another Hotel to check-in too. Bathroom shower had mold all in it. I asked to have it cleaned and one showed up. They only thing I can say good about this hotel was I got my money back.

I liked the staff who served breakfast. Very friendly and kind.

The hotel concierge was not very friendly. The two ladies I interacted with were a bit curt and not very friendly.

Bed sheet had stains on it. Bathroom shower floor area should be free from previous hair.

It was cheap

The shower did not always work it would get cold.

The suite in size was perfect for what we needed

The doors on the bathroom were a bit annoying but this would not deter me later

Had everything I needed and location was great.It was more than I expected.

Convenient to shopping and dining. Clean rooms.

The bathroom is too small. You can’t get to the sink without touching the toilet, bad design. Such a big room and so little space was dedicated to the bathroom. Also, one of the beds made a lot of noise which was unpleasant during the night.

Great location. Good breakfast. Nice lounge area indoor and outdoor.

Had to move three times before I was able to get a decent room because the ones assigned to me smelled so bad. Everything was neat and in place but the rooms were not cleaned.
