Residence Inn by Marriott Jacksonville South/Bartram Park

I had already paid for the room. I check my account I was charged again, the additional charges $200+ have still not returned to my account. These mistakes by the front desk should not be acceptable.

It was a very clean well laid out and comfortable hotel and the room was great with a very nice view of a woodland and very comfortable bed.

It met or exceeded my expectations for this type if hotel. Nothing negative to say.

I am disabled, reserved the room to attend a funeral, due to my disability, I was unable to go. And I've gotten absolutely no help and trying to recoup some of my money. This is highway robbery!

My wife has mobility issues so the room on the first floor in a great location for us. Close to the breakfast area and close to parking. Could not have been a better place.

The breakfast was ok for a hotel buffet type breakfast. However the person stocking it did a great job.

under construction - no amenities at front lobby; no hot tub; too slippery shower floor; water in toilet kept disappearing

The staff is very rude and unprofessional poor service they are low in staff in evening will make you go to the desk if you need something the sofa bed will hurt your back there are no extra comforters we were there whole week paid over $---

Super clean place. Nice beds. King suites are very nice, with full kitchen. Breakfast is good and what one would expect.

This was second visit to this location. Once around the first of the year, and then last weekend. Both times the bar was not open. While that may not bother some, I appreciate a drink after a day of driving.

I have stayed here many times. Great location with lots of food choices near by and it is pet friendly

Never seen an AC where you can¿t leave the fan on. I need the noise and it was very hard to sleep because it turned off to dead silence frequently. Shower water pressure was the worst I¿ve ever had. I literally pee with more pressure. Bed slightly stiff

Residence INN never a disappointment. This location was great close yo I95 and publix across the street. Places to eat near by will stay there again next trip to Jacksonville. Pet friendly lots of places to walk my dog

More places to sit in grass area for me and my pet

Every time I passed the desk I was greeted by my name. The hotel was quiet, clean and I was so impressed that I am coming back again. They even had fresh cooked meals in the evening and that was sure nice instead of eating on the road.

Our honey room had blood-stained sheets , which my son slept on during our stay. We did not realize the sheets were stained until we checked out. I notified hotel manager, but he did nothing.

The hotel room was great! So clean and new! I loved that pots and pans were provided as well. Can't wait to stay there again.
