the room was good and clean

the room was a little deteriorate. like at 10 am when I was to going to take a shower there was no water and I had to leave without taking it.

The location was great. Room 330 was good, but the lock on the door was loose and I had to constantly reactivate the card key. There was mold in the bathroom, under the tub mat and the ceiling. The pool was great.

The Spanish speaking Staff and the Foreign woman that does not know how to speak to Guests and working with you when the discrepancy occurred. There was no informed information stating that an additional ($100-$200) deposit was required everytime you check-in. Room 353 is the worst room ever. Very small, urine mattress stains, etc. Room 139 was much better than Room 353.

Location is good. Proximity to expressway and dining is a plus.

No hot water in the evening. Television screen had a black 0.5 inch digital line scrolling across the screen. This made watching television a horrible experience. The gym area did not provide towels for members. Equipment was in working order so that was a plus. The area was quiet and not too loud. Screen for window was broken which allowed a yellow jacket/wasp into the room. Tile in the bathroom under soap dish is damaged and not replaced. The staff was good.

The location is reasonably convenient and quiet. The bed was good. Iron and ironing board provided in the room.

The door to the first room I was given would not open. Verified multiple times, each requiring a walk back to the registration desk, and finally by hotel staff. The second room would open but was in sorry condition. The bathroom sink did not work, so I had to brush my teeth using the bathtub. No dining table chairs, so working on a laptop required moving the table to the couch and stacking couch cushions to raise the seating height. Finding two working electrical outlets required a search. Several drawers and cabinet doors were missing.

Good comfortable bed and very spacious room.

Very dirty moldy-musty a smell all through the rooms we arrived past check in times asked to see room they were assigned to us was taken there to see it and the rooms were NOT cleaned the beds were not made they were disgusting the staff was not helpful and could care less, the pool was out of order among all things. Due to all the bad events we canceled the reservation thru Booking.com and even though this was done they still submitted the payment through with the card that was on file, after receiving calls from them asking what I was going to do if I was canceling because they had to charge and after giving them an answer and me telling them for the third time I had canceled they went ahead and charged the amount. This is unacceptable so no I’m not happy with the whole situation.

Everything was an awful situation and a very unpleasant place will not recommend it. Very abusive not to mention unpleasant to deal with them and they ignored for about 15 minutes as I walked in. Overall a horrible experience.

The location of the hotel was great. Near a variety of restaurants, attractions, and not too far from the beach. The neighborhood was very peaceful and seemed to be a good area.

Staff was never at the front desk when we needed someone. We waited 20 mins to check in, 15 mins to get more towels, and about 20 minutes to check out. I also have never stayed anywhere extended stay or not where I had to pull my own trash prior to check out. Plus the staff gave very vague instructions regarding trash disposal. The room gave dirty vibes and I immediately felt uncomfortable. If it wasn't so late in the evening I definitely would have found other accommodations. The kitchen had a drawer missing and the tub had stains and chipped pieces everywhere. I refused to sit my. Hikdren in the tub and rushed showers as i felt my feet were being contaminated. The bathroom sink had hair as if someone had shaved in the top of the faucet. Beds were very uncomfortable and one of the sheets had a burn hole in it. Some of the towels looked discolored and stained which I refused to use. Carpet was stained and I refused to step foot on the carpet without shoes. There was a TV in the living room and bedroom but the TV in the living room area was not connected to anything and didn't work. The room had a funny smell and caused my entire family's allergies to go crazy. I will never stay here again let alone any extended stay america. I barely slept on this trip because the accommodations were horrid. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Location is great!! The rooms are nice and spacious and the layout is great.Good value for money.Pretty nice and quiet overall. They have an outdoor pool and a pond across the road so that’s nice to go walk around. I would stay again.

The fact that this facility had signs in a lot of places saying no smoking inside but I still smelled smoke while in the halls. Also the rooms need a little update, plugs fixed, new sofa couch maybe. Also the drink vending machine always rips me off,I put money in and get nothing( I've tried 3x)

Cant say there was anything I liked about this hotel at all.

The room and sheets smelled really bad. The kitchen sink, stove and countertop was very dirty with crumbs and dirt.

Its afforable and a great location. I like how the rooms are set up and have a small kitchen area. Its pretty comfy and not a lot of noise.

Some of the plug ins(outlets) and tv did not work at the time(s) of my stay, but that didnt bother me.
