Hampton Inn & Suites Jacksonville-Airport

The location

The woman at check in was distracted and not helpful. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The AC didn’t work correctly. The room smelled musty. The refrigerator was hot. The walls were so thin that we could hear the people next door.

Lack of staff at desk, because of this communication fell through in pick up from the airport that took 30 mins to get me, pick up from hotel took 20 because desk was too busy to respond to call. This isnt the reception's fault. Two reception desks needed

Room has no body wash and lotion

Breakfast was pathetic.Bread was stale and it smell bad which was smelled rotten and employee working there was witness to that and he dumped that bread in the trash.Cookies on display was bad had whitish fungus.Oranges were old and 3 of them were rotton.

Price. Room fairly big and comfortable. I like that snacks are available to buy in the lobby. Other then the tub having some peeling, the condition of the room was very good.

The bacon was thin and had poor taste. No hair conditioner in the bathroom. We stayed 2 nights, but Housekeeping did not give us fresh towels, nor remove trash from room. The dining area was crowded, with no tables available on 2nd day.

Friendly front staff. Quick service to and from the airport. Allowed to leave car on premises (for a fee). Good breakfast and they provided an early morning bag breakfast. Clean room.

The complementary water

I didn?t like the fact that the refrigerator did not work. I also did not like the fact that you have to ask for a shower cap soap, toothpaste, things that should be already in the bathroom when you get there.

Convenience of location, very quiet, friendly and efficient front desk staff!

Choice of bedspreads..they are too scratchy and uncomfortable. Not a big deal and would not stop me from future stays

Most of staff was courteous.The ac was good.Clean and quiet.free parking and a ok breakfast.

Toilet, crowed, no phone had to use personal phone to call front desk, no microwave, no pen /pencil, water8$for two bottles ¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿¿I will not stay again . Didn't finish up my stay, very uncomfortable left out early the next day

It was reasonably priced for my needs and close to the airport. The room was clean and decent. The location was close to restaurants as well as shopping if you needed anythin .Also the staff was great.

Staff was super friendly. I got locked out of my room a couple of times but hotel employee helped me every time. No attitude or anything . Breakfast was nice and good. It was quiet and peaceful I was able to get rest. The janitorial staff did not bother me at all.

Staff was very helpful and very friendly. They went above and beyond getting a pack n play for our youngest son and being very welcoming at breakfast

Room was adequate and clean. Everything seemed well maintained. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we had a nice stay. Location was very convenient as we had an early flight the next morning and it is close to the airport.

Room setup was good with kid, furniture was great. Smoke alarm light was super bright. Pool is great, shaded a lot of the day. Shuttle was helpful

It¿s not really walking distance to anything but the three restaurants in the parking lot and having gone to all of them they were awful! Would¿ve been nice to be near more walkable things.

I liked the free breakfast even though they couldn't keep it full.

I didn't like the low toilet in the room. It was hard for a handicapped (impaired) person to use the toilet without needing help getting up. Another room was shown, however; it had a low toilet too. Furthermore, I didn't like that the pool was closed.
