Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Deerwood Park

If I were able to rate the staff higher I would. EVERYONE acknowledged us, at all times of the day, with "hello, how are your and have a nice day". The hotel under a significant renovation and every one of the workmen were beyond pleasant.

NOT AT ALL

It’s an older Hampton Inn, but our room was clean except for a musty smell near the door/ carpet. It was just a one night stay and it did the job. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were friendly.

Hotel employee at the front desk was fantastic! She made is feel so welcomed and got us checked in so easily! The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great!

One of the lights didnt work. The room is out of napkins. we have to ask for it at the front desk. One of the two keys didnt work.

Very convenient to several restaurants. 10 minutes to downtown or the beaches.

The hotel is a prime area by many eatery and entertainment. They have free complimentary breakfast , the room was comfortable and the hotel itself is nice. Stay here.

The only negative was the breakfast attendants were not the most friendliest nor attentive to restocking the breakfast area. But, the fact its complimentary out rules the rudeness of one of the attendant.

The location was great! The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

I loved best is the customer service! Hope was awesome! She was so attentive and helpful to me and my family. Even when we got to Jacksonville from Georgia we got lost and she took time out of her day to help us. All of the staff was very nice.

I think everyone would agree when I say the elevator! It was awful! You had to wait at least 10 minutes before it came. It would be a gud idea to get another one.

Easy to find and in an excellent location close to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and eager to please.

The staff is very friendly and efficient. We were treated very well during our stay. The hotel is very close to restaurants and a luxury seat movie theatre and other entertainment.

Yes. My paper work said that is was no pets also on the Webb site say no pet and there pets there . I'm not comfortable with dogs so I had to keep an eye out for any dogs . I'm wil not visiting again.
