Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Jacksonville W - I295 and I10 By IHG

The staff was amazing and the hotel is kept very clean. Down to the quality of the breakfast bar, I was very impressed.

How comfortable the bed was I could smell how good the sheets were and that they were laundered very very clean

The water pressure was absolutely horrible in the hot water was not very good in the shower

The room itself was very nice.

Pool was not heated and was very cold! I needed late checkout - the website says 2 pm for late checkout, hotel staff said 12 noon. It was a huge issue for me.

The hotel seemed new. It was very clean. They offered us a free water or beer on arrival which was nice.

The WiFi was horrible. Poor signal without WiFi as well. The channels on the tv were limited. Late checkout was only available to rewards members.

Room needed a foot stool for the single chair in the room (i.e. not the desk chair).

Very new hotel. Clean room though the room is not furnished with a sofa only a couple chairs. Location off the interstate makes travel around Jacksonville easy.

Front desk staff could be more attentive.

We were traveling to St. Petersburg for the month of February, and we enjoyed the brief stay at this hotel. We will plan to stay there again next year.

I have stayed at several IHG locations over the past several years. The quality and cleanliness of the hotel, staff, breakfast, and rooms can vary greatly based on the locations owner. This is by far the best Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at.

The pillows were not very good.

I like the guy that took me in to the hotel. He was nice and her good customer service. But when I went in the room, there was like these little blue things on the sheet, like from somebody's sweatshirt or something. And in the bathroom, it was missing the adequate amount of shampoo conditioner wash. When I went in for breakfast. That's when I had the real problem. The food was cold. It didn't look anything nice and it was charged 1499 and you had people going up with bags filling up their bags with all the good fruit. I took a picture of my banana. It had black all over it. It was disgusting and it wasn't worth the money at all.

Best holiday inn I’ve ever stayed in. Complimentary beer/water at check in. Very yummy breakfast with many choices
