SureStay by Best Western Jacksonville Airport

I was placed in the wrong room, reserved 2 queen beds got fulls instead, on top of that the tv was not functioning, they stuffed tissue in the door strike for the bathroom and the door wouldn’t even shut. Brought issue to front desk they seemed bothered.

The heater in the room was not working, I reported it to the front desk and they did not change my room, they only gave me a space heater, and the space heater wasn’t working properly.

Good morning staff is very helpful it worked very hard at trying to keep the grounds clean

The evening cast staff when I checked in was rude and misled me on many things the condition of the room was poor at best there was holes in the walls you can tell it hadn't been properly cleaned and it was short on towels no soap no shampoos

Room was with mold smell and Oder of cigarettes was present.

They said it?s continental Breakfast but it?s only bread and small muffins (only )NO EGGS,or sausage NO fruits either.. just COFFEE for drinks NO choices

Hotel advertises service to airport. No service to and from the hotel.I had beg manager to take me to airport and my return take a cab. No service to airport. Hotel charges $15.00 per day to leave car at hotel. $---

Located near Jacksonville Airport. Large shopping center within short driving distance away. Friendly Staff (hotel employee at check-in).

FYI No breakfast, just coffee. Staff said the hotel was under new management, in the process of getting license to serve breakfast. Room was ground level, saw a bug (beetle? roach?) run across table. No chair for the desk table. Not the cleanest. Area m

Close to the airport, close to restaurants and stores.I liked the fact there was a TV with remote. There was plenty of lighting fixtures. There were sufficient towels and soap. There was even a small coffee maker,small fridge, and small microwave.

There was a noticeable moldy smell to the room. There was a moisture controlling bag hung up in the open closet that was full of liquid, needed to be replaced. There was a large gap under the front door that could have let in snakes. A roach was in there.

The beds were clean and comfortable.

The shower in the bathroom wasn't clean at all.And the TV remote didn't work.

room was a disaster, shower didnt work and there were cockroaches in the bathroom that came out of a hole in the wall. room was also very musty and just felt unclean

Its location and peacefulness. Very quiet when I stayed

Not as clean as other Econo Lodge motels I've been to. Did find a couple of bugs, including a roach. clean enough to be tolerable.

Room smelled damp. The smell kept hitting my nostrils all night, i couldn't sleep. Ceiling had spots.

The receptionist was a great help getting us an early check in and location was close to a local breakfast restaurant that came in handy.

The free breakfast however when we went down all they had was coffee cakes. No drinks. They claimed there staff are it al. Not only that the floors were so dirty my feel we're black from walking. It would have been best for us just to stay at the airport.

Website showed pool & free breakfast the pool was growed up & there was no breakfast I asked for extra towels & they would not give me any & tried to charge me 11dls more I think I should be partial refunded some of my money back & staff was rude

Quiet convenient location and staff was great.

Lobby is still closed need more lighting to entrance.

It was near the mall and airport and expreeway

Little bit of late night noise

Staff was very friendly, and did a solid job of anticipating and answering my questions about the property and surrounding area. Location is convenient to the airport, as well as a handful of dining options across the street.

Disappointed that the shuttle service is no longer running. The room fixtures were a bit worn . . . especially the bathroom and shower head. There was a larger-than-expected gap at the bottom of the front door.
