  • Hotel was closed and under remodel/ construction. Had gates around and pad locks placed on gates blocking entrance. I was mad due to having to spend more on a hotel and this hotel never gave me the update that it was closed for business.Definitely unhappy
  • Nothing! Hotel was closed with fences in all entries. We arrived at 3:30 am expecting for somebody to greet us as these hotels are 24/7. Unfortunately, hotel was closed! How did I get this booking in the first place?
  • The Hotel was closed and under renovation when we arrived. Although it took about 1 1/2 hours got to be relocated the end result was we got a suitable replacement.

Cons -

  • Bad experience, no communication. Horrible that I had to pay more to stay at another hotel. Not cool la quinta.
  • I hated the fact that the hotel was closed and still taking reservations. Fences all over and a front desk lady from other hotel said the hotels have been closed for months. How did I get a reservation here?
  • The Hotel was closed and under renovation when we arrived and had been for more than a month I suppose. However we were directed to this hotel after we book the five day stay.
